From what I understand the funds were seized. Which means they wont be returned anytime soon. Until the usa government decides to release them. I am sure they will have to have some kind of system in place before they do. You can read the info in my post called qt info

Thats the problem, my money WAS in my QT account and NOT tied up in the US bank. They went in a month later after QT closed to all customers and withdrew it on me!
Yes hun but it doesnt matter, the QT account is connected to bank accounts thru QT. All monies have been seized. The usa government followed all transactions. In the millions of dollars. QT's hands are tied they can not return money they dont have in there control. It is horrible.
Coffee, where exactly are you getting this information? We understood it was the American Bank that the dollars to be wired were sent to that was seized. Not the accounts of qt that were not wiring at the time. I saw your post over there, but don't quite understand the whole scenario.

I do know this situation is not the fault of any casino. They are doing everything they can. I feel sorry for the casino and forum owners who are getting hit cause of this situation. I still play but have cut way back. It is amazing just reading around how some people have 30 thousand dollars and some more, one person has over 98 thousand dollars they can not get back from qt.

I finally read the thread over at casinomeister just now, and see why the pessimism...
I'm mildly concerned now, in that they didn't use the account information exactly as I provide it, used the iban number where account number should be and didn't put the additional info in the note section.... but the wire request has changed now from new to sent... so at least it's moving.... will let you know if it arrives.

Coffee, I went and read the pdf... thanks for the link. If the government seized qt's funds, why is qt sending them back in such a strange way, requiring a euro account etc.... I'm getting more concerned the whole thing is a bigger "trap" I don't know how to put it it just has me very uneasy..... I mean if the government has the money, how does qt have access to sending it to us at all?
