QT email EURO bank account required

Still no answer from them about my password and I have been emailing them since yesterday. I have 1500.00 in there that I would like to have.

Its the weekend everybody, and only the second day of the 45 day period. I did just log in to see if I could get you some contact information, but it's only a contact via web form... sorry I was of no help that way. But if you have to you can always send them a paper letter via Priority Mail or some such means of contact... there's always a way. But try to stay calm - (I know easy for me to say as mine isn't locked) but if you stay calm and go about contacting them in other methods after the weekend is over, and maybe even after the onslaught they're probably experiencing as this is the first two days, I'll bet they'll get back to you and get it fixed. They may be jammed with emails just now, and will answer them as received... We're all pulling for all of us here! hopefully you'll get it resolved very soon!

I was able to login. But no withdrawal option available to me and whats worse is I am missing $2000. It seems that i made a withdrawal on June 20 for 2k. Funny since they were closed at that time and NO ONE could access the QT website!!!! I emailed them, they best not think they are keeping my money!!! :woooooow

Carey, you must be fit to be tied! I hope they resolve that quickly for you.

I did not put the request through as a withdrawal. The original email said we should type our euro bank account information in the blank message form under contact... I'd say you just need to send them the information that way, and not be surprised there is no withdrawal option. The front page warns that it is in view only, so nothing but the contact page and history are available...

Good luck, hang in there, and can you try to figure out what the $2k figure was from... that may help in tracking it down.

I still can't login. They will not answer the emails that I have sent to unlock my account, or whatever they have to do so that I can get in, I have 1500.00 in my account.

I have received an email that they have accepted my euro bank information, and that the withdrawal will take place some time before August 15th... I just checked and it's in the withdrawal section and get this, they're collecting the $30 wire fee!! sheesh

here's the pertinent part: We are writing to confirm that your bank details have been accepted and the withdrawal request has been submitted by our operators from your QuickTender account. You may review the details of your withdrawal request under section 'My QuickTender'. The payment converted into EUR will be processed by our operators within the time period July 1st and August 15th. Please expect the funds to be received to your bank account not sooner than 3-5 business days after the status of your withdrawal has been changed to 'confirmed'.

Thats great news Labell. I am still waiting for a reply from them explaining why a withdrawal was done for 2k on June 20 when they were closed at that time and when the heck I am getting my money back!!

I don't understand.. poker sites were able to get money back to USA players for a short period of time why can't QT without so much hassle.. HTF does money just disappear out of someone's account?!?!

OMG!! You poor guys have such a mess! I think iataz is right, there has to be a way without having to get a euro bank account. That's just not right. You put it in in USD, they should pay it out in USD!

And disappearing withdrawals??? wow!

I am afraid to deposit anywhere anymore.......... win? and then what? red tape for withdrawals?

I think the difference is that qt itself wasn't seized, only the bank wires of that day. But rather than risk being seized, they're chosing to pay it out through one of their Euro Processors. I think it's frustrating, and aggravating, but at least its (hopefully) coming to an end.

I actually had a deposit made to qt during the blocked period. But thankfully it was the Villento money that was missing, so now they're combined... my heart is in my throat though, as it's an awful lot of bother to wire to euro bank, then to my bank, then to my account, lots of places for things to go wrong.

Carey, can you recall if you had a payment to you or win in the exact amount they took? That might help pinpoint what happened.

Qt was never the best as far as answering emails etc, in the past as I remember, it's certainly no better now...

No the 2k was actually a wire I requested a month before that never hit my bank, it was lost then finally they credited it back to my QT account but I was afraid to withdraw again because of the all the problems so I was waiting for them to get a new bank but then they closed QT a few days later so it was still sitting in my account untouched.

boy Carey your nightmare has gone on longer than ours. Thats a big amount to be waiting so long for, and then to see it gone I can see why you're so upset! I do believe though that since they're part of eco who remains in business, the'll ultimately fix everything and everyone will get paid. But I can only imagine how frustrating this is for you. I hope they resolve it soon!

nikki I've only contacted them via the contact page which lets you type your question, it's not really email... good luck hope you can get help soon... nygirl that's horrid...

This is ridiculous!! It was not their money to take!! They did this to me too and insist I AM SCREWED and nothing can be done! SORRY but I wont let this go, that is MY money and they went in there and robbed it from me when QT was shut down to all of us and we couldnt even login for 2 months!!

ok, that is how I contacted them also, and I never get a response back. I guess they don't want me to log in and see who much of my 1500.00 they took, or mybe all of it. I wish there was something we could all do.
