QT email EURO bank account required

maybe they should let us deposit our money into a casino, at least we could play it, the casino's i play at puts my winnings right into my bank account, no problems with that yet........

no, morel2005, they will not send to a vendor, they're clear in their email, they will only send to an international (non USA) bank to an account with the family name of the owner of the qt account.

I didn't receive the second email about withdrawing my winnings,maybe they are not going to offer me that option. I emailed them, but never received an answer.

Yep, just logged in, found everything in order, found a missing payout the one I'd been waiting for from Villento has been deposited there as of May 27!... I hit the contact button, typed in the chat area the codes and info for the euro bank account, and have sent it in... here's praying it makes it here! It was a lot of numbers to type lol Good luck everyone!

where did you go to log into your account. The qt that I have on favorites still comes up that says the site is closed. I found another QT site, but it looks different and it says that I do not have an account.

Yes,I got the log in page, but it says my password is wrong, but I am sure I put in the right one. I sent to have my password retrieved , but I probably won't get an answer.

I logged in and my $1100.00 is gone? Unbelievable they suck!! And yes it was in the cleared section before they shut down!!

That's the payment I referred to as having the issue with Villento resolved... They somehow placed it in qt as of MAY 27, but no one at Villento could tell me it had been placed there.... I of course have been locked out of qt since April, so couldn't see that the money was deposited to the account in May...

But since it's there, since I'm withdrawing it, I felt I should say the issue is resolved.... understand?

I heard if you are in the USA and try to log in like I did, you will get a message saying incorrect password. That is just what it says when I try, and I know my password is right.

You know you can reset your password because I had too... I'm in the US and after i reset it I got in without any problems just to see more of a dissapointment

Nikki, at least it happened now, in the beginning of the open period, plenty of time to get a new password and enter your info... frustrating I know, but at least there's plenty of time...

I have sent mails to get my password, but they never answer ,me. So I guess it is a lost cause for me to ever get my money. can't even get in to my account to see if the money is still there.

They best answer to that lost money! Carey has a lot lost as well 2k I think!! let us know what you find out! I cannot log in either says my account is locked!
