Well, the new Microgaming update is there, and boyoboy are we HAPPY with it?!
I'm NOT!!
The casino is now to big for my screen, it wil only show in 60Hz., which gives me an instant headache, and the games are now so super-ultra-terrible SLOW
that its absolutely no longer acceptable. Its a joke. A nightmare.
One spin now takes 15 seconds to complete.
Hats off to MG progammers, nice job guys!

GoWild and 32RED.
Not all of them have done the update yet, Palace Group is still playable, so I think I have to keep Spin Palace open and connected 24/7.
I cannot even play at GoWild, loading a game alone takes 15 minutes, its insane!
They told me to redownload and re-install, ofcourse it did not help.
Just try GoWild, cant wait to hear other peoples experiences.

I am thinking they will see all the problems and fix things soon, I am sure they wont leave it as is if there are so many problems, stick with the casinos that didnt update yet for now is all I can suggest.​

I have something similar at All Jackpots, probably because of the new cool feature which allows you to play several games at once!

I have a large screen at home and a video card, so I am not having any of the problems you have...

I don't like the tabs much either - the program won't run full screen anymore - and it's just a personal preference, but I like it better that way... ah well always fiddling things better left alone lol

I've had the problem of only being able to play on a small screen ever since the casinos did the latest upgrade, I have been to support a couple of times and the last time I got told that that was how it was going to be and there was nothing they could do about it. The slots are sluggish on the ones that have upgraded and it is just about pointless playing tournies on them. I did as Carey suggested and have been playing on those that haven't upgraded as yet, but more and more are changing.

Ya- would be totally pointless to play tournys like that. To think of the money these guys make, coming up with the ideas and then the ones doing the tweaking?

And we wonder why we aren't winning as much Someone has to pay payroll!!

OMG you are not kidding! What has MG done? After reading your post i thought i would give it a try and it's happening to my computer too.

Well i thought ok i have an ATI graphics resolution card so i went into the catalyst manager app and played around with some screen resolutions but to no avail.

What a bummer. Oh well, if i can't resolve i will probably stop playing at the MG's sites...

As the saying goes, if it's not broken, don't fix it!!!

Don't forget all the RTG's, Rival's and all the other software out there guys! There are so many places to play, lol. It seems that every time MG has "improved" their software, there have been major glitches.

I am hoping they get this fixed! Why can they not just make it so players choose what damn games they want to install! The games are taking up too much space on players pc's because of all the games they have.

I haven't been playing the tournaments as much as I use to. The slots move tooooo slow!

The super slow games , is terrible for tourneys. I wont even enter the Freerolls anymore except t-raider & blackjack. And its been this way since nov. What i dont get is the Freerolls for avalon & t-struck is like using dial-up w/ a bad connection, but when i play real money there a little bit slower, but no where near as bad as the Freerolls. And im w/ labell i would rather have full screen.

I haven't noticed any slow slots spinning @ Micro's. (hope i didn't speak too soon) Have noticed usually when MG updates their software or a new game is installed, seems my puter runs slower. I totally agree MG takes alot of puter space and takes a virus and security scan hrs. since MG does take up alot of space i usually only have a couple MG casino's installed at a time. i agree we should have the option of which games we would like installed and not all of

If so, can you get it to show full screen?
I can get it full screen, but it shows in 60Hz. refreshrate, thats just awful to look at, gives me a headache and sore eyes..

Some people seem to have no problems, makes me wonder what the hell we are doing wrong..
I miss my 32RED, BOOHOOO, no casino where I win so much, and now I cannot play there!!
I know it should not make a difference, as the software is the same for all MG casino's, but 32RED is the only place where my withdrawls exeed my deposits BY FAR, I'm 1.5K ahead there, thats an awful lot for a lowroller like me!

Oh well, MG will come with a solution, I just hope its before Christmas, lol..

Do you guys remember when the Viper-software were new I think in 2002 or 2003 and how smooth all the slot reels ran and stopped so nicely.
About 4-5 years ago this smooth running totally stopped...now reels run at different times and stops different all the time in a very glitchy way...reel 1 and 2 can stop as the should while reel 3 take one sec extra and reel 4 and 5 stops at same time and so on...no good feeling playing at all. And slots like the Rat Pack sometimes reel 4 and 5 stops before reel 1,2 and 3...whf is that??

Ive had different computers, mostly very powerful computers and high capacity broadband whicvh never fail in any way...still Microgameing casino are very "glitchy" and seem hard to handle for the computer..

And now this new Micro update...lol, they have just zoomed in so window get bigger..the just look how blurred the slots and symbols are..LMFAO! And now two casino windows dont fit side by side on screen wghen they are too big...WTF! If I want a big screen I go fullscreen!

Most annoying is this unsmooth runnign of slots...take Thunderstruck slot for example...how fun and smooth wasnt that slot back in 2003...these days that slot is impossible to play if you wanna have a nice time...and its very tight these days also..i think it was 5 years since I got a free spins feature triggered there...LOL

I miss the very old VIPER software (not the so called Thumper software though. Just when Viper were new and 2 year forward.

RTG are the best...very smooth and good feeling!
