date to arrive: thursday 03/15/2012

In my opinion, they can do better
 
Intertops:

I was told by live chat my withdrawal (dated 03/08/2012) from there would be processed today.

It is now 3:00 pm there and my money is still sitting there.

What are the odds?
 
That is odd the money was still sitting there with Intertops..... Hey good thing is your winning :)
 
I just got an e-mail saying it (Intertops) has been processed. Says to allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery.

I thought courier check is like next day? Oh well, at least they are both on their way finally!
 
Weesie - I have never withdrawn from CWC using check method. I always had the money put back onto my NS card which takes 3 days from the time I request to it hits my card which I think is awesome. Hopefully you will get your check soon.

I was up in the air, didn't know which way was better now days. I will have to try the ach next time again. I use to do it that way, but then there were problems for a while. It's been 6 months since I cashed out last, so, I was being careful.
 
Yeah, the check method with CWC has been taking forever for some reason lately. 7-10 days to receive it when i used to receive it in half the time. Also there is an option that support told me about where they can place the winnings back on the cc associated with the account.


Intertops recently has a 48hr waiting period before they process the funds which i think is crazy. Not like we are playing with Micros lol
 
Ya have to wonder...... on the time line at fed-ex.com............ my check says it took 14 hours to go from Nashville to Memphis. LOL, I could probably drive there from here in 5 hrs! So, I guess these are not sent "next day", which I thought they were. So, why the big fees for check options?
 
Because they have to pay big fees to get a US bank to process money, I wish people would try to keep in mind to filter and move around money these days in this environment is not so easy! We all have to pay fees, I don't mind sharing the cost and when it comes to money won.. it really isn't coming out of my own pocket. I personally hate the fees as well but I accept them as part of the deal. Also I was told the whole office at Intertops has the flu they are working on a skeletal crew.

The time it takes for checks to get here is not over nighted.. I am sure it is more of a hassle to go in and change the website since they lost that over night feature when a processor was taken down, maybe just maybe they are working on getting that back I really do not know... I just try to focus on the positive side of things, negative always is just not my style. Anyway congrats again in your win..

I did a cashout at Aladdins gold a while back, took about a week to get the check in my hand from day of withdrawal. Thats not bad I dont think. Could be a lot worse! :irish​
 
Thank you for your comment Carey, this is the longest it has ever been for a CWC cash-out for me...... so, I was

just venting.

I was talking about the CWC group in my "last comment" of this thread, not Intertops as I guess Vixen assumed.

But, I will say, any time I post something that even remotely sounds derogatory, I feel like I get scolded to a

degree. Last time I felt that way, I just stayed away for a while.

I thought the dep & withdr room was more for these type of comments. Guess not...........but if not here, where?
 
weesie, no one is "scolding" you. Sorry if you feel that way but that is not the intention of anyone. One thing you MUST understand though, is that it is not even the casinos fault for all this trouble of withdrawing. If you want to blame someone blame the damn government for all the restrictions put on banking for any gaming transaction!!!!
 
I am not sure why you always feel we are scolding you when we give you our opinion on things. or sometimes we try to explain the situation with the casinos and things that you may not know or may not be aware of. Why you always seem to take these comments as a personal attack I just dont know....but we have never say anything offensive to you weesie, so I am confused.​

lkvikings, how do they work that to withdraw to NS? It states for the My Pay Card option they cannot process withdrawals to prepaid cards. I would like to use this option if by some small miracle I cashout.
 
well i withdrew $2000 from all star on Feb. 29th and have not recieved or heard anything from them. I think it's been long enough, maybe i'm wrong, but should it really take that long?:think:think:ohboy:ohboy

I have a withdrawal pending at CWC since Friday (16th). I contacted live help just now and asked why it was still

in the cashier.

She said ACH's are not working right now(would have been nice to know) and I had to change it to check. She told

me to come back to live chat in 8 hours to talk to night cashier and maybe get it approved since I have already

been waiting 4 days and it is still showing in there.

If you have been waiting since the 29th of Feb., I would be asking live help!

No way it should take that long. Have you tried logging back into the casino and seeing if they put your money back in?? I had that done to me a few times, if the payment you choose is unavailable they will put it back in your account and many times without even an email to you explaining. I would check my account first then go to live chat. There is no way you should be waiting this long so something is definately wrong there!​
 
I have and it accutally was approved on the 29th. I had it sent ACH and i see someone said their ACH is down, but has it been down that long? I have just been trying to be patient. So what does this mean and what should i do, still be patient?:thank you:rock your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.....
