I have and it accutally was approved on the 29th. I had it sent ACH and i see someone said their ACH is down, but has it been down that long? I have just been trying to be patient. So what does this mean and what should i do, still be patient? your advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.....

If ACH is down then you will not get it until it is back up. Why not request a check?? It comes in like 2 days. ​

If you requested an ACH and they are not working, I would surely contact "live help" and find out whats going on. They will tell you you are going to have to change withdrawal methods.

I was also told today that they are seriously backlogged on payouts as well.

lkvikings, how do they work that to withdraw to NS? It states for the My Pay Card option they cannot process withdrawals to prepaid cards. I would like to use this option if by some small miracle I cashout.

I have withdrawn to my NS account 3 times. Twice my account was frozen. I had to contact the casino so they could send a fax to NS regarding my "payment". It takes just a couple of hours for my account to go off hold. The payment then shows up as an affiliate payment. I will say that the last time I withdrew to my NS, Club World Support E-mailed me to let me know that they took care of everything but suggested that I do not use this withdrawal method in the future. Maybe they are getting sick of having to contact NS everytime someone withdrawals.

after several contacts with support thru e-mail they[all slots] put my money back in my account and i had to request check courier, they were actually great at responding to me and did not just ignore me or leave me hanging. anyone know how long courier takes? how long it has to sit there before they proccess it again? should i worry about playing where my only option is check courier? I do understand it isn't their fault, but is it still a safe bet we will be able to collect.

I woulld contact them and ask. Maybe have them change it to a check.

morel, go to live chat and tell them how long you have been waiting, ..... since you had to change it to a check, your money may have to start over for the waiting process. If you explain that to them, the cashier should be able to get it approved (again) today. (Earlier, the better)

It will then, most likely, be sent out on Monday and you will (should) get it Wednesday or Thursday of next week.

This is how my last 3 withdrawals via "check" have happened. ClubWorld Group anyway!
