Ok, conclusion of this is that Villento clearly can not be trusted? Kahnawake and ECogra seem to be in charge here, taking over when a casino is misbehaving trying to steal peoples money... Have you even heard back from Villento or are they too ashamed? You still praise Villento after this??

Villento was sold Ceks. So the new owners are trustworthy and great to play at. I was paid, but the OLD owners paid it into an ewallet that was part of those "seized" by the government in violation of UIGEA. So I kept writing them, because my account at the ewallet was blocked and I could not see the money was already there... Customer service of the FIRST owners had no clue where my money was.

But eCogra and Kahnawake contacted the NEW owners which is Casino Rewards. They promised to research and they would make good on the money. They didn't need to once I found out where it was. But they would have paid me if I had not been paid into the old ewallet.

So YES the NEW Villento is reliable. ECogra does help players. And the Kahawake customer advocate is FANTASTIC! Play and enjoy there! And I do give them highest praises!

i have a question and maybe its dumb but didnt villento send its usa customers to and RTG casino? so why cant villento work with them and they send you your money? i mean RTG can payout to usa rt? to me that would be above and beyond.. i sure hope you get it though

Yes, and they lied about that too...

they said I would be in the same Vip status I was in as with them, and that was Platinum...in this new Rival Casino, although it is a decent casino, I am at peon status, and I worked hard to get where I was. I lost it all.

And they just went ahead and gave this new casino my detail without my permission, which goes against there own terms and conditions, and casino
fair practices.

I always had so much respect for them, now I am just sad when I hear their name...

I do have great news though, I received yesterday the monies from the ewallet that was blocked! So I can finally put this issue to rest.
