i have a question and maybe its dumb but didnt villento send its usa customers to and RTG casino? so why cant villento work with them and they send you your money? i mean RTG can payout to usa rt? to me that would be above and beyond.. i sure hope you get it though

Their nonUSA casino continues on - they've joined Casino Rewards from what I read at Casinomeister. Casino Rewards has an ECogra sign at the bottom... Vixen, would ECogra be aware of what has happened to us USA players?

I do not think they have anything to do with the casino they sent US players to labell. And yes, they are now part of the Casino Rewards Group (or getting there anyways)

Sorry Judy I wasn't clear about my question... I'm stuck back at my original problem. And was wondering if eCogra could help me get paid... If Villento is an eCogra member, they're supposed to live up to the eCogra standards of fair treatment of players. eCogra will even mediate. So I wasn't referring to the Rival casino...

No they could not because as I said before Microgaming sold the US side of their business to Level11, everyone thinks that it was still MG that owned the US side of things but they did not. I am doing my best and my contact said he was looking into your case, now as of this week he may not have a job I don't know. Can you contact Rewards and ask what they suggest you do? I have exhausted my contacts and I am sorry.

Well I'm still trying to get my money... I've written to ECogra and to Kahnawake regarding the situation. It probably will do no good, but I felt like I had to do something. Will let you know if I hear anything.

I heard back immediately regarding this issue from both Kahnawake and from ECogra. I was asked to hold off posting about this to give them time to get it taken care of. I have now received my cashout in full! I have nothing but praise for the complaint areas of the Kahnawake licensing and ECogra institutions! They truly have us players at heart.... as do our wonderful mods here at the best forum in the world!
