Do you read this email from them as I do, that they are not going to pay me my $400! If so and you are in a country that still allows you to play there, I'd think twice before depositing with them. They are cheaters according to this! They made NO effort to pay me! I am pasting the email below, changing only the references to withdrawal options names. Let me know what you think and what I can do about this!!

I hope this email finds you well and that you are having a great day so far.

Due to stringent gaming laws in your country, QT has chosen to detach it’s services across the online gaming industry. Since this was the only remaining withdrawal option for our US based clients, we can no longer, under no circumstances process funds to US clients at our casino via Check, C2P, Wire or E

Now that QT has rendered their services for US players as invalid, we have NO means to process the balance of $400.47 to you.

Please note that Villento Brands no longer as access to a 3<SUP>rd</SUP> party processing company.

From the casino side we have gone above and beyond to resolve this. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the unfortunate circumstances that we find ourselves in.

They are not just cheating, they are stealing!!

If other casinos can find a way to pay you, they can too and I would never accept this if I were you.
I feel so sorry for you all and I wish I could help in some way. I can use whatever I want for deposits and withdrawal and almost having a bad concience because of it.

I am pretty sure what they are implying is : At the moment they have no way to get the money to you. Its not that they are keeping the money but until they find a way to get it to you it will sit in escrow of some sort. Are you in the USA? OR another country that disallows play? Where are you from?

with that being said Villento is a great entity in the gaming industry. However as we all have seen thru the years even the best can go rouge. I am sure this is not the case.

Coffee, I'm in the USA. And I'm reading it that they are washing their hands of me. They certainly leave no option for future payout. They actually say goodbye. They WERE a highly respectable group, but sorry, there are too many ways to get my money to me.

I had written them yesterday, to inform them that I had both c2p and eco either of which they could deposit to. However the response came back too bad so sad. And yes I'm emotional about this, it's my 400 I've been waiting since April to get. With what was in QT it's over a grand I'm out, and that's kind of hard to take.

I am on your side and you have every right to be upset but please remember this: They are under heavy investigation so they can not just start sending out winnings. It is not as cut and clear as it seems.

Look at it this way..
You have been convicted of many drinking offenses and every bar and store has your name and picture hanging up. You would not go into a bar and drink would you? Knowing you will be arrested. I know bad example but they just simply just cant send any funds right now.

If it is found out they will never send out any winnings that would be horrible and I will be the first one to bring them grief like they have never seen before.

And I may have read the finality of the email incorrectly, as I wrote them to clarify and just received this answer: (please note that Neebasnee wrote with finality, and this email does state they'll keep me informed. a major difference. I took it as Neebashnee wrote it, that it was final, forever.)

E , I see that Neebashnee has thoroughly clarified the issue at hand for you. It’s not a case of us wanting to keep your funds but is rather a case of having zero facilities with which to make these funds available to you. We have NO processing facilities available for the US as a number of providers are of the belief that it would be illegal to facilitate such transfers. So again it’s not that we don’t want to pay you; rather it is a case of not having processing that can make such a payment possible.

I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, but please understand that we did everything we could possibly think of to make good on the outstanding withdrawal, but unfortunately there is nothing we can do right now. Should this change at any point, we will certainly keep you informed.

I am self positive you will receive your winnings in time but it might be awhile. I personally think MG casinos will not ever be back for the USA Market. Look at last time, they temporary closed down but then it was ok but only with limited games. Now this happens. I suppose No one really knows the inside scoop however I think MG should take some lessons from RTG casinos and how they continue to serve the usa market.

It would be interesting to compare the different of types of online casino software and the origins of the players.

How big is the USA market actually compared to international players.

MG also kicked us out a few years back. Then they let us back, then they segregated us. And then kicked us out again. I'd say it's the USA market is much larger than people think, and it's been a big chunk of all egaming... I think many of them are hurting now that we have been crippled in our ability to deposit.

I suspect you are right :)

What really gets me is how does RTG casinos always avoid the issues at hand. I am glad they do but it does make me wonder how they are able to stay in the usa market and other top contending software's fall to the almighty USA bans?

I think mg is doing this in hopes they can be "pure" when online gaming comes here and they can get licensed. I think most of the RTG's are led by very smart and savvy business persons, who anticipated this... I think you're right, it's interesting how they carried on with hardly a glitch but others were really crippled by qt. Makes me feel very secure playing at an RTG such as Club World, iNetBet and Intertops... they're top of the line and so that's who I support now.

If RTG and other casinos find a way to pay USA players then it is their responsibility to do the same!! They cannot just keep your money Labell, sorry but thats bullshit! I will see if Vixen can find out something about this!

This also caused most of the operators to lose their funds that were tied up in the software provider, I don't understand why they cannot pay you when all the other Level11 casinos paid out their players. I am not sure if you noticed we have dropped them as sponsors, we have removed most if not all banners for the casinos off our sites and if there is any banners up we will remove them as well if they do not pay out our forum members!

Streak Gaming has always put member first and we will continue to do so with Villento!

Thanks Vixen, for checking with your contact, I sure will keep you informed. I do have two methods to receive euros... but they said they won't process to me as of yesterday. If that changes, I'll let you know immediately.

I also wouldn't say(if i were them) "we went well above and beyond" to try and pay you out. Above and beyond means to me that they would have found a way, ffs, sent the lady a Visa Gift Card for $400 or WU the money, or send a check, etc.

Above and beyond is NOT the words i would use in their case. As with almost everything else in this world,


"Where there is a will, there is a way"


Good luck Labell, hope it works out for you, and i am almost ready to throw in the towel with it all. Heaven forbid i do win and can't get paid, i would be one hot momma!

Hi Girls, I am not supposed to gamble any more or be involved in the gambling world, but I could not let this one go...

So sorry to hear about your troubles Labell... I sincerely hope that with Vixen's help they will send you a cheque as soon as they can.

BTW, some of you may already know that Villento (and Rich Reels) recently joined Casino Rewards, which means a 48-hour pending period instead of 24... bleh... but then again, I don't gamble any more, right? :think

This forum and the wonderful girls running it have actually never been out of my thoughts, and I admire all the continuous efforts to bring these great promos and exclusive freebies -AND help out all members! The Streak is and remains the Greatest!
