USA players you CANNOT download from the sites any longer! You only need to log into your already downloaded casino and it will automatically install the new software. If you have uninstalled the casino in the past I can only say please contact support on the US facing site NOT the old sites.

well..I am in the USA and I deposit and play here (often) and I didn't have any spins in either Villento or Rich Reels..I contacted support thinking there might be a problem..there wasn't...i was told that it is all handled by the promo dept.
Just a note ...I NEVER get the free spins when they are offered. I am thinking I am on a BAD GIRL list with them. Any ideas on how I can get off this list ? LoL

I did pass a message thru live chat..asked them to let the promo dept know that I am going to stop depositing here unless they ease up a little and give me a spin here and there..

Not true Ceks I just deposited $50 here last week for the first time in months and I never ever get the spins, I got them. Be patient everyone I am sure they have to make their way down a massive list of players. I want to make sure that I am clear about something..I am not trying to "bad mouth" this casino. I guess it just gets frustrating to keep getting passed over on freebies etc..when you deposit so much at a given casino. Its almost like the spins are awarded to people who rarely deposit..(maybe to encourage depositing) and those that are already hooked and ready for gamblers annon. seem to rarely get them. I guess it makes sense to target the sector of players that will bring in additional revenue ( i dunno, just my thoughts)

I thought you didnt know about this...just as many casinos thinks about many of their players too. There is probably nothing evel in you Kelly but the casinos lean back to their stupid rules when the day when you win $10,000 on a free chip and only get $200 and they make you the "bad guy/girl" for not reading the rules properly...
I cant confirm their intensions with this rules, nor can I say they are doins something wrong when their rules ofcoarse applies but I can use my a$$ to figure the it out..........

I suggest Micros like 32RED and Jackpot Factory casinos if you dont wanna be limited...adn there are many more with no limits too...but watch out when rules suddenly could change.

Glad you finally joined in StinkyWinky. Villento and Rich Reels Casinos are both great casinos if you do not choose your casino by how many free chips you get! (I must warn you also to take any negative posts about casinos as only an individuals experiences - and take them with a grain of salt)
