First I'd like to say how much I love the Streak. I think the world of the staff, admin, mods and everyone associated here..... but I'm sorry to say I'm with CEKS 100% on this one.
I'm sorry - I've asked this of the
Rival people before but have never gotten an answer.... WHAT constitutes a BONUS ABUSER? The Rivals give great bonuses, but IF you win and IF you cashout you are eventually going to be blackballed in the name of "bonus abuse". How in the world can you abuse something that is freely given. We open the cashier, click on the bonus YOU give us and then deposit. How in the world could that ever be considered ABUSE?
Vixen I'm very grateful that you reopened this thread. Every single thing that CEKS said has happened to me. One day I'm a VIP player the next day I'm a bonus abuser..... I know you here at the Streak went "to the wall" to get me back into the Rivals.... but the question still remains, just what did I do to be accused of bonus abuse. And why would you have had to "go to the wall" at all for a player who does nothing more than accept the coupon bonuses as offered, deposit, and play....??
If a bonus coupon is in the cashier and if the terms are fair I accept them. I often deposited without using a coupon at all. But once you're accused you have no way to prove your innocense. Every one of my
Rival Casino accounts was affected at the time of the Rockbet rollout. Some I have had reopened, most are still closed. All had the bonuses removed, some have had them returned. Most have had the wd limits lowered, most have had them fixed to the more realistic 2000/4000. I've emailed each casino that remains closed, but the customer support will not answer me when I write asking to have my account reopened.
Redfawn, I can't tell you the times in the last month that I've won, only to get to the cashier and find out they've changed my withdrawal limits again.... they usually do fix them but they shouldn't have changed them in the first place. IF the limit is 2000/4000 as is standard you of course wouldn't have a problem getting the $1000..... but win more than that and whooosh they sweep in and lower your wd limits to 500 per WEEK......
I know immediately if I'm going to have a "problem" as the software closes itself to "update". It's nellie bar the door and everybody watch out to see what new torture the Rivals can mete out.
RockbetJohn, the managers I've had the privelege of working with seem to be honest and hardworking, just as dedicated as our fantastic streak staff. But when a casino chain continues to treat winning players in this manner, you've got to wonder how long they can last.
I spouted much the same as CEKS in a thread where someone wanted to know if anyone had ever won at Rockbet. It was edited as I was really slamming.... I've kept my mouth shut until today. But I can't understand an industry that offers you a carrot and kicks you when you accept it.
As for expressing it here, it seems like CEKS was absolutely correct in chosing this area.... she expressed her views in news and views....... and I'm sad to say I agree with her because I've been treated like a dog by the Rivals myself.
