well, I wouldn't call it extremely. 1200 or 1300 at superior, and maybe 600 or 700 from davinci

but when I registered at rockbet and the other new one, I didn't get the freebie offer or any other offer either. Just says no promotions available.

When I wrote to my remaining open Rival casinos about all my problems, issues, delays and supermaga low limits and that they have to do something about this if Im gonna stay and play Ive got another really stupid answer from one of them, Absolute Slots.

We are unable to raise these limits as long as we remain a Rival casino. As far as I can see, your account shows that you haven't been personally affected by these cashout limits so I'm not really sure what the problem is here.

How in Gods name can you answer like that?? If you read between the lines here you can tell you WILL be affected and they just wait to the day you win big.
I dont deposted the most at this casino but I explained to him about several wins of $2000-$34000 at other Rivals....

However, I have got a quite fair answer from one Rival, Superior Casino on the mail I sent out to almost all of them.

We are working hard on approving withdrawals in less than 3 days. If you have sent all security documents and win, you may write to me directly and I will make sure Payouts Dept. will approve your withdrawal as soon as possible.

I've seen players get processed up to $7,000 a week, when they win big here.

There is some of what he had to say which I like, at least I hear hes trying to do the best when they all are so limited and kept back by the Rival software itself. Still I have my doubts but at least Ill stay active and will deposit here.

Ive not got any reply from any other Rival on my mail which were full of questions and explanations of probelms and issues I almost always run into when it come down to withdrawals at Rivals.

Well just my little opinion, I personally don't think it matters if you are a big time depositor meaning a lot at a time or a little depositor (such as myself) that is only able to deposit a little bit at a time, I will say this I've deposited 25.00 dollars not to long ago and won 1095.00 and had my mula in a great amount of time I've personally never ever had any problem with any of the Rival casinos, but anyhow all I wanted to say is I don't think the amount of money you dep....anyhow I hope you have better luck at the rivals or as other's have said just stay clear from the ones you feel don't give you what you have coming, your' wishes, and so forth.....I personally love em and will continue playing here being I have never had any type of withdrawal problems.:clapstreakrockssss:slotdude

Thanks for your positive words... and sure, if I deposit $25 and win $1000 and decide to cash out and have no problems and gets it fast Ive won a total of $950...sure its great! But if I choose and continue playing and having my balance up to for ex. $8000 or maybe $30000 the problems will pile up...then their unwritten rules and unofficial policys will apply...it could be anything that prevents you from getting your $$$$$$ within reasonable time... If a player withdraws only a max of about $1000-$1500 and is a regular depositor they dont see you as a treat and you are treated quite good in all ways... But they seem to change so much and have so many dynamic factors within the system that can change without notice... these "We miss you"-mails with a free chip inside is nothing they really mean...they dont even know they send those out, its an automated device in the casino system... Same with the withdrawal limit...you can trigger something in the system without knowing it that changes your limits...it may be something like if you are lucky enough to for ex. win 100 or 1000 times more than you have deposited the system puts a limit on to you account or the system automaticly removes your account from the bonus list or lowering the response time on your emails to support.

I dont like how they runs their casinos...its just not fair to the player that in most cases is the loser...then he/she shouldnt be treated like a crook or an abuser the very few times he/she is lucky enough to cash out no matter how big the amount is! They give many free chips...which is nice but what are their real intensions with those when they suddenly can call you a bonus abuser for claiming too many bonuses in the cashier. Why are there availible free chips and why do they have bonuses that can be claimed unlimited times and many are connected to other bonsues so when you claim and play one bonus you come to the "next stage" and get another bonus with a better match bonus and finally a free chip if you reach the last stage... When you have been "good" and deposited alot and claimed all the bonus they have enough meat on their bone to call you an bonus abuser when the day come you strike gold and hit the jackpot! Then it will backfire on you!

Im not saying you should quit playing Rivals.. I have a few left and will try them again soon with small deposits and I will not aim too high...I aim high at other casinos I really trust. I hope you win big on Rival though and dont have any issues...

First let me thank again all the staff here at the Streak, the best forum anywhere. You've really tried to help me with this Rival thing, and I deeply appreciate your efforts. I'd hoped to move on from this issue, but it really hurts me - it's like the sore tooth you cannot forget. lovinal, we don't know for sure, because no one at Rival will tell us, but I don't think it's about the size of deposits we make, I truly believe it's the size of the win and cashout...

unfortunately the problems CEKs describes are shared by me... I'm a VIP one day, then restricted with no bonuses and restricted withdrawal limits the next... no explanation, no rhyme or reason! I win then go to cashout only to find out that my withdrawal limit has been arbitrarily changed from the standard $2000 daily $4000 weekly max to one withdrawal per week of $500. That wouldn't be so bad if I won $1000, but a $10,000 win would take me TWENTY MONTHS to cash out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


I've had many of my Rival accounts closed - with no notification nor any reason given. I'm only given bonuses at two of them Slotocash and lately Superior. Thank heavens for Slotocash - they've treated me respectfully and with great customer service. I received an email from them on the 1st that says:


We noticed that your account has been detected by our automated security system as not being eligible for promotional offers at Sloto'Cash Casino.
This could be due to you having previously registered an account at Sloto'Cash. Registering a new account will automatically result in both accounts not being eligible for promotions.
If you forget your password or login information, please contact customer support, as we only allow one account per person. In the event that you feel that your account has been blocked from promotions improperly by our system, please contact [email protected].
I did respond to them and they manually reviewed and then restored my priveleges. I wrote Superior after I saw the quote in CEK's post and they also restored my bonus priveleges. A few did re open my account, but I can not be given a bonus at any other Rival. Many remain closed, my emails to their customer service departments ignored.

The line in italics is probably the reason - but no one will tell us for sure, nor what we're doing wrong. I do NOT have mulitple accounts anywhere, use ewallets to deposit and withdraw and have submitted all security documents when requested.

Being labeled a bonus abuser and being ineligible for bonuses hurts me in several ways. For example I won a generous $50 chip here at the Streak last week, but I cannot use it. The casino has me listed as "ineligible for bonuses" so they won't let me have it. The weekly cash back on deposits and other similar offers that you find in the cashier are unavailable too. No match bonus on deposits, no incentive chips. NOTHING. And why??? Nobody will tell me!!

What in the world have I done to be labeled in this manner? Rockbet John, you've had 16 days to answer my question earlier in this thread

The fact that you have not done so leads me to believe that you don't know either or you simply don't care. What a shame!


That leads me to the end... why in the world do I care? Well the games are fun, I've had some great wins, and I hate being labeled anything without at least the opportunity to defend myself....

I had an eye opening experience over the weekend. I went to the CasinoMeister page to check out an offer from a casino I hadn't heard of - I came here first but finding nothing went to their rogue page. Anyway, if you'll look on their page of accredited casinos you'll find plenty from Microgaming, RTG and other software..... But NOT ONE SINGLE Rival CASINO IS ACCREDITED BY CASINOMEISTER! Draw your own conclusions as I have and deposit accordingly.

None of you are wrong at all and me and Chris are NOT liking what i going on and I myself had a problem recently with a Rival Casino. The same exact thing happend to me, my withdrawal limits when down to $500 a day max. I was not a happy camper to say the least. I also got the bonus abuser email. What a joke!!

Anyway, the point is.....we are working on this and it wont be tolerated. Soon we will have a Streak approved list of Rivals for you guys to play at and we plan to STOP promoting the ones with this ridiculous bonus abuser tactic everytime you win a large amount. Stay tuned......

I got this mail from Cocoa Casino a month after I wrote to them...(many other havent answerd at all)

We know that paying players and affiliates in a timely manner and without limitations is a serious matter. We have been working hard within our organization to improve these issues and have also made progress with Rival in improving things. Actually Rival over the last month has made leaps and bounds in their initiative to improve their banking options, something that they are well aware needs improving to compete in this industry.

We have improved a lot of our banking to date and just last week a player wrote in that they received their withdrawal in less than 2 hours! They mentioned that for them, this was a record for any Rival casino. We also had a player receive $16,000 from a progressive jackpot win in just under a week.

We are restricted in what we can do in terms of withdrawal times and amounts both by Rivals Payment Processor system and the payment processors themselves but we are making progress. However if your security documents are approved prior to your withdrawal, processing times are reduced significantly. Rival's payment processor stipulates a 2-5 business days timeframe but we are now seeing a lot of cashouts processed in well under 2 days, a good sign of things to come as both Cocoa Casino and Rival move forward.

After my 1000 pages written to Rivals over the years I have only one question for now... Why would I play at your casino when there are 1000 other that are better in ALL ways and treat players with respect and work with them and not against them when they win?

This mail I got dont answer more than 1% of my mail sent in the first place..they either dont understand me or they just wanna cover up... Im done with all Rivals now and I feel many other do too looking around on forums...abit sad when they have alot of exciting games.

The definition of insanity is repeating the same procedures expecting a different outcome.... we're insane to be bothered with these places.

I just deleted everything I had typed here as it was really ranting... I'm going with the old If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.

Vixen has promised us a reliable Rival list... I trust her to post it when it's complete. In the mean time stick with the others.... and you lucky thing you can play at the Virgin's and play Monopoly ;)

But I doubt there are are good and bad Rivals when they all are ruled under the same umbrella corporation, Rival

and yes, I do this zippedlips too but had to comment this mail I got a month after I had emailed them...

Im happy I can play Wager Works software...they have released a new game today called "Dungeons & Dragons - Fortress of Fortunes"..totally awesome game!

I thought I'd add my 2 cents I hope no one minds.

I think I understand where ceks is coming. My guess it's fuelled by frustration.

One doesn't obtain VIP status by only dropping a few hundred a month. As a VIP myself I expect a level of service that is befitting the $5 - 10K a month I deposit. If a casino treated me like ceks I'd be pretty damn angry too & I'd be closing my accounts.

When Rival casinos first opened they were quick with their withdrawals and their customer support was up there with the best. Unfortunately as more and more Rival casinos opened the support services (in most cases) are handled by a central generic support base.

If you've been gambling online for 4 or 5 years you'll have seen the problems this causes when a group of casinos use a generic support service. Players become just numbers and people start to fall through the cracks.

Having also been a player at Paradise8 & Simon Says I no longer play there either. Paradise pulled my bonuses & combined I got jack of waiting for responses to emails - if they ever responded.

Everyone has a choice where they deposit or if they deposit at all. Some casinos think they can treat players how they like. If your a player and allow this to happen then more fool you.

I just think that most Rival casinos need to get their own support and do aways with using the Rival generic support system. Cause it just doesn't work!

I don't have any problem with payout from Rival casinos. I was just like you, claim the promotions, then made deposits. All of a sudden, most of casinos I had an acct with stop all the promotions for me. They said that I can deposit without a promotion or play for fun and the casinos can stop giving player promotions without explanation. I guessed they did this because that one week, I was lucky to win from 5 different casinos and after they paid me, I logged into my accts and all saying "no promotions available for you". These casinos are Pantasia, paradise8, Mayan, simmon, thisisvegas, davinci gold, gold rock, vegas regal, rocket bet, lionslot, vegas sky, club usa vegas, cocoa, slots of fortune, slotpower.....Lucky for me, I still have promotions from Superior and Slottocash




First I'd like to say how much I love the Streak. I think the world of the staff, admin, mods and everyone associated here..... but I'm sorry to say I'm with CEKS 100% on this one.



I'm sorry - I've asked this of the Rival people before but have never gotten an answer.... WHAT constitutes a BONUS ABUSER? The Rivals give great bonuses, but IF you win and IF you cashout you are eventually going to be blackballed in the name of "bonus abuse". How in the world can you abuse something that is freely given. We open the cashier, click on the bonus YOU give us and then deposit. How in the world could that ever be considered ABUSE?

Vixen I'm very grateful that you reopened this thread. Every single thing that CEKS said has happened to me. One day I'm a VIP player the next day I'm a bonus abuser..... I know you here at the Streak went "to the wall" to get me back into the Rivals.... but the question still remains, just what did I do to be accused of bonus abuse. And why would you have had to "go to the wall" at all for a player who does nothing more than accept the coupon bonuses as offered, deposit, and play....??

If a bonus coupon is in the cashier and if the terms are fair I accept them. I often deposited without using a coupon at all. But once you're accused you have no way to prove your innocense. Every one of my Rival Casino accounts was affected at the time of the Rockbet rollout. Some I have had reopened, most are still closed. All had the bonuses removed, some have had them returned. Most have had the wd limits lowered, most have had them fixed to the more realistic 2000/4000. I've emailed each casino that remains closed, but the customer support will not answer me when I write asking to have my account reopened.

Redfawn, I can't tell you the times in the last month that I've won, only to get to the cashier and find out they've changed my withdrawal limits again.... they usually do fix them but they shouldn't have changed them in the first place. IF the limit is 2000/4000 as is standard you of course wouldn't have a problem getting the $1000..... but win more than that and whooosh they sweep in and lower your wd limits to 500 per WEEK......

I know immediately if I'm going to have a "problem" as the software closes itself to "update". It's nellie bar the door and everybody watch out to see what new torture the Rivals can mete out.

RockbetJohn, the managers I've had the privelege of working with seem to be honest and hardworking, just as dedicated as our fantastic streak staff. But when a casino chain continues to treat winning players in this manner, you've got to wonder how long they can last.

I spouted much the same as CEKS in a thread where someone wanted to know if anyone had ever won at Rockbet. It was edited as I was really slamming.... I've kept my mouth shut until today. But I can't understand an industry that offers you a carrot and kicks you when you accept it.

As for expressing it here, it seems like CEKS was absolutely correct in chosing this area.... she expressed her views in news and views....... and I'm sad to say I agree with her because I've been treated like a dog by the Rivals myself.
