Sorry, not trying to start anything either, but, I really don't understand that.

Some casinos have different "Loyalty" levels. That may effect their bonus amounts and wagering percentages. But, in no way does it have any effect on a withdrawal.

Just my take on this mess.
 
Ok guys, Daniel explained about the "class" thing. If you do not like the way they run things, just choose not to play there :think
 
What happens when a player wins $20k or more and is on your lower class level "Pay this player less money at a time, because they deposit small amounts" That would be absurd to get it at $500 a week or 1 1/2 weeks to be exact, And have the remaining balance put back into their casino account and have to keep requesting it over and over until the balance is gone....

I'm sure glad i can walk into a casino at Las Vegas and sit down to enjoy myself and play without the casino looking down on me because i only put $20 into the slot machine, And then when I win something to come up to me and let me know because I only put $20 into the slot machine, they're only going to pay me weekly at $500 a week, And I'll have to go back into the casino in order to request my money every week.

If anything, I'd love an apology from your establishment or even an e-mail from your casino manager, which has not responded back to my e-mails that i had to give to your casino support in order contact him.

And Daniel, I'm assuming you can still read your private messages on here so I'll send you my e-mail address. I've made a couple deposits since this incident in good faith and the fact I don't have anywhere else to play as I banned myself from the popular RTG casinos except Intertops which is difficult to deposit into. Until i get some sort of formal apology from tom dick or harry at your casino, my deposits will cease.

Please don't take this as any sort of threat, Just a very disappointed customer that was expecting more and was treated poorly. I myself work in an retail environment "Best Buy" and i know a bit much about customer service, If your marketing team or manager would like some pointers, then let me know.

I have heard about "Classes" of players before. That is my thoughts exactly, whether you deposit $20-$25 at a time or whether you spend $1000 at a time, EVERYONE"S MONEY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED THE SAME! LMAO so you hit a Random Jackpot for $20k its gonna take you 40 weeks to get all of your money, and THATS IF the remain on time with every withdrawal. If you can't afford to pay in full or at least have higher limits in place like everyone else ($3000) at least, then maybe you shouldn't be in business. I'm not trying to bash, but just suggesting some truth.


i for one will NEVER play anywhere that has classes, in my opinion, its sorta like discrimination. And i mean it was only $1300, thats chump change for some respected casinos.

I for one will continue to play at the 2 most trusted RTG's in the business.

Hey Daniel - I was trying to withdraw $3000 from my account last week. I understand it takes time to process so I waited and then fianlly got an email from some Johnny in Finance stating the following:

Dear Karen,

I am writing to inform you there is an issue with the recent withdrawal request that you have made.

Our policy is that when you utilize one of our bonuses you are only able to withdraw if the games played are included within the parameters of that bonus.

In essence, as you have played games that are excluded from the bonus that you took we are unable to process your withdrawal request.

Your account balance will return to zero as stipulated clearly in the terms and conditions on our website.

Now I have no idea what games were played outside of the parameters of the bonus as they did not share that detail with me. I played slots and won on slots. If I did play another game, like blackjack, I may have done so just to try it. If that is the case, they can really keep everything and I get nothing???? I have enjoyed playing at this casino and am truly disappointed that this had to occur. What are my options? It says to contact them, but Finance does NOT take phone calls and their email address is bad - I received a fatal error return message when trying to send to them. How can I fully understand what occurred if they won't give me the details??
 
You did not play any progressive jackpots or something did you? Or was it for real series slot and you played regular slots? Always look at the details of a coupon after redeeming it, it will tell you EXACTLY what games you can and can not play.

I see you posted this same thing on another forum and they also explained these things to you. May I ask who's banner you used to download the casino? Streak or somewhere else?

Rule #1 for us gamblers: Be sure to READ the TERMS and CONDITIONS. And if you did choose a slots bonus and played any kind of table games, you broke the T&C's....therefore, aren't entitled to withdraw! Sad, but true!!:rain
