So where is this Mysterious Daniel?? He has yet to contact me regarding this issue... On a side not, I have not been paid either.
They stated 5 business days to get the funds into my account and today would be the fifth day and nothing has arrived, So I decide to contact support and inquire about the wire transfer and this is what it comes down to.

P.S.
I will never recommend this casino or any other casino ran by this group, EVER! I actually had a rep e-mail me back about my issue and offered me a free chip of $175 and x5 max withdrawal amount, So I told her that she could re-open my account and I will try to win back the money that was mine in the first place and should have been sent in full to me. So but I'm very bitter right now and as I have no other casino/s that I'm able to play at, I think I'm actually done with it until the great OL US OF A decides on what they're going to do.

I understand your frustration but we as US players do have some delays. I know what it feels like to play off funds that you wanted to cashout but that is not their fault, it is ours. I have done it many times as I am sure alot of us have. If we are going to play we need to be aware that there are delays and be prepared for it. Next time try to occupy yourself with something else while you wait. Hope it goes better next time for you.

They never said that there was going to be any kind of delay... nor was it going to be sent by check. I quote "I’m happy to report that your withdrawal request has been authorized and $500.00 has been sent to the bank, information you provided on the faxback form you sent in." Now what they could have done was send me an e-mail notifying me that it was not going to be sent to my bank account and instead in the form of a check and it might arrive later than expected, But this did not happen.


I've cashed out at Intertops a couple weeks ago and that took 4 days to hit my bank account, I guess they have special connections.

As far as the delay in getting your winnings go I understand the frustration, however you getting upset over blowing through the money that was in your account, in my opinion is no ones fault except yours. I cashed in 2.00 worth of comps the other week at a Rival I play at and had it up to 700.00. I should have cashed out but instead I pi**ed it away..100% my fault!! I have played at all of the casino's in this group but have yet to cash out so I haven't dealt with withdrawl issues yet. Hopefully everything works out for you.

Love Golden Cherry. Did not know it was part of this group. They have the best deposit bonus's from any Rival I play at.

You're damn straight I'm mad for spending the money that should have been sent to me in the beginning, They never said they were only going to send half of my winnings to me, until it was too late to even say anything about it.

I request $1,309.00 to be cashed out, 4 days later it is approved. Now I don't know about anyone else but the more logical people would assume they approved the withdrawal and It is being sent to their bank account. To only then send $500 with no reason as to why and put the remaining balance back into my account with no notice about it at all, and the fact that I will have to request a new withdrawal which will take another 4 days to be approved and then the entire process begins all over again.

I'm trying to think of the word for this, But I'm drawing a blank..

I'm not saying I don't understand your frustration, because I do. Just saying we have to be aware there are setbacks such as these. We just need to be strong enough not to play it off. They love it when we do that. We just need to be patient and request it again. Things will eventually get better. Good luck to you wherever you choose to play!

These casinos KNOW how tempting it is and they play on that theory! But, to approve a withdrawal and then turn around and only send a portion is just wrong in my book. AND, I would be willing to bet any upstanding and honest casino would stand behind the customer in this situation.

That is true, but, if a withdrawal was approved for $1300.00 and they sent $500.00 and put the rest back into play, THAT is just wrong!!

the money would still be there. We have to be responsible for our own actions when it comes to that sort of thing.

Yes, For me to be impatient and spend it was my bad decision.

But then again, It should have never been there.

Any ways, Fedex knocked on my door this morning and it was a check for $500.00.

I have learned alot of patience playing online. Whenever you have any trouble these ladies will go out of their way to help you and you need to give them that chance. Like vixen said they shouldn't have put it back in your account but as soon as you see something like that take a break and try to come here for some help. I know that you feel it shouldn't have been done in the first place and I agree but it was, so if it ever happens again, stop right away and come for some help. Believe me, I have done the playing it off bit many times so I can sympathize with you but that part is entirely our own fault. I know these ladies here don't condone any wrongdoing by the casinos but sometimes it does take some work to get it fixed. Sending you lots of luck so that you may win lots more than you ended up losing.

Hi Badsmoker,

First: glad you received the check. The check time varies a bit, so can't say why it took here 5 days and 4 with another brand that you've mentioned.

Regarding the cashout amount: Whether the max weekly amount sent or lower amount depends on finance player class. I'm not informed about the exact term, but it's determined by the method of deposit of the player, amount, etc...
I know it's not the best way to go and i do hope it will be improved in the future.

I do want to say that there is not a single player in any of our brands that hasn't been paid. It just takes a bit longer.

Thanks for coming Daniel I did a simple google search and found out this is actually a quite frequent thing that happens to players, I am going to be flat out honest with you I don't like it and I don't condone it.
I really don't care what method a player used to deposit, their money was good enough for your casino to take!! Had they lost it all you would not be questioning anything. Also your company needs to get a bit of
customer service skills, you do not just remove money from a players account and not email them with some sort of explanation. I appreciate you coming to the forum to address issues but I really think you brushed Badsmoker off a
bit with a canned response. We are trying to give your casino brands a bit of a chance here on SG so I hope you can mail this player with a bit of a bonus or something for the hassle.

If anyone has any issues with any of these casino ran by the same group please be sure to let someone here or Daniel know asap so we can help you.

PS.. Streakers I am not trying to starting a bashing thread please understand that, I just wanted Daniel to know where I stand about this issue. We stand for the players and our members always if they are in the right.
If you have an issue let me arbitrate it for you so this does not get to be an ugly thread :)

Maybe I haven't explained myself correctly, but for sure didn't mean to brush anyone off :)

I didn't want to make any excuses and was just plain honest.

First of all- no money was taken from players account. There was a withdrawal request, $500 was sent and $800 went back to the account- but none of it disappeared.

Yes: our casinos do have player classes, that was not a single event. Yet, considering that we are between the top 1-2 programs in terms of web presence on our target markets, these events are not that common.

I fully agree with you and with the members here: i don't like that player class rule and i do hope it will change, so there would be no exceptions. I think we are heading in that direction, but we still have a way to go.

BUT, and this is big one- you can be 100% sure that you will be paid fully! we are online for few years, we have thousands of players joining every month and yet you won't find a single player that hasn't been paid. And i think this is the most important.

Hope i explained things: i think we still have things to improve, but we are getting there.
