Slots Jungle... Unacceptable cashout.

Hello All,

I've been playing at Slots Jungle a lot lately and won a decent amount about $1,300, requested a withdrawal on 1/6/12 and It was approved today 1/12/12 per email.

I'm pretty sure these guy's are sponsors or whatever you call it of the streak and I would like to know if anyone here could give some insight on this e-mail.

EDIT: And to top that off, They put the remaining amount back into my casino account, to my knowledge that is considered roguish behavior.

Why am I only being sent $500?

That is unacceptable.. If you wish for me to continue doing business with your establishment I expect my winnings from here on to be paid in full, If you cannot fulfill this request, then there are other establishments I can take my business to.

Wow,

I haven't played there since a while back when they lost their credibility. The ladies here decided to support them again on good faith that they had gotten their act together.

Maybe that is not the case after all.

Personally, I have never received my full withdrawal on first request. $500 is the most. Then, I go thru the long withdrawal process again. It is rather frustrating, BUT I always GET PAID!!!! I have asked them about this, and it has to do with security is what I was told. The Max withdrawl is $3000, but that is not to say they have to pay it all at once.....

There is no security reason, even if they do decide to manufacture one out of air, please explain how Intertops, Inetbet, Jackpot Capitol and others are able to send the full amount.

This is rogue behavior to send partial winnings when I requested the withdrawal it was for $1,309.00, I then waited patiently for 6 days for them to approve the withdrawal for $1,309.00 and to only find out they sent me $500, then to put the remaining balance back into my casino account in an attempt to get me to spend it again, Tell me... If i request a withdrawal for an amount and there is no TERMS nor Message telling me I'm only going to get my winnings in a partial payment, then i would understand fully. This is not the case.

They all use different payment processors..... This place is not a sponsor of the Streak, we pulled banners over a month ago and only add a link in a post now & then if someone post about them.
The reason I had them pulled was I was uncomfortable with issues such as this, I think I read some place else that this was happen all over their group of casinos. I will email my contact right now and show him this thread.

For some reason I can't edit my post above, But I also noticed they only put $765.05 back into my account..... My request was for $1,309.00.. So they keep $43.95 for some reason?

They are just like Win Palace. Once your deposit goes through for the first $500 do another one for $500 and so on till you have it all. My hubby won at Win Palace and they told him once you get the first withdrawal, do another for the remainder. Hope this helps.

you cant edit your post after so long. That way if you enter a contest or anything, you can't edit your post and change things and cheat It is for ALL members not just you, lol.

You do realize that it costs to withdraw money. Different amounts at different casinos for different methods. :think

Thats one of the main reasons i stick to Club World Casino and Intertops. I know if i win, i'm getting paid, and gonna receive $3000 at a time if i win bigger than that. Not saying there are not good ones out there, i just prefer to stick with what i know works, and these 2 casinos i mentioned have been awesome. Hope you get the next payment a bit more quickly than the 1st!

I have spoken to Daniel and he has agreed to come on the forum to address any issues with our members, they would like to make things good. I assume the remaining money as Judy said is processing fees. I took a check from an RTG not long ago and my fee was &55... ugg but that is the price we have to pay in the US thanks to our stingy gov.

Well, Temptation got the better of me. Just what they wanted and I e-mailed them to close my account.
I will no longer play at this or any other outfits from this group, ever again.

They have yet to respond to my first e-mail and no reply back to close my account either.
I actually had high hopes for this casino, I would love to play at Intertops, but the debit/credit cards, I've been using to fund my account with them have ceased to work as of last week. That includes the Visa Gift Cards.

Sorry to hear about your temptation, smoker. I am sure we all know too well how that goes. I don't blame you for being upset. I haven't played there for a long time.

Hopefully the casino rep and make everyone more trusting of their site. If not, It will be their loss.snoball

If you chose to take a bonus, then the bonus money isn't withdrawal, which was probably the case. They don't charge me anything to withdraw!

True, But if the money was never in my account to begin with then it would have never have happened, And the money requested would have been on it's way by now.
