Ok again..lol... on that $3000 win screenshot at the top there is a "mad scientist" on reel 4...that is 9 lines with 4 "mad scientists x 4 multiplier" which pay pretty good.... ok, I with other words I was extremely unlucky on that $10 spin hitting so very lowpaying symbols on reel 4 and 5... Well who care after a $18000 payout a few hours later??

Well, listen to this... Still after more than 4 business days Ive seen no money and they are very silent adn dont seem to care much at all, they sit and wait the 5 day waiting time out...I will be lucky if i get the $4000 this week. And I can say goodbye for $26000 of the $28000. Here is what I have to say about it after Dons mail....

site, only a daily limit of $2000, dont you think its fair to let me

Ok, I probably get $6000 out in cash from my $25 deposit...thats good, but everything else suck big time here. Live support have been quite friendly...but all other thing about Davincis Gold really suck. Ive write a few mails asking about my withdrawal and if my documents have been approved and Ive not gotten any reply at all, just from when Live support forwarded a request of raising my withdrawal limit which ofcoarse was denied big time.
I really feel they dont like that I won so much..and when they answer a mail its a robot that have writen the mail. The ycopy and past all text and not even a congrats and so many delays. And they told me there was a $4000 weekly withdrawal limit....doesnt say anything on the site about that..only $2000 daily...then I could have saved at least $20000 from myself for sure. Its funny have fast so much money can dissapear..and how tight all slots can be at same time. Little bit too good for the casino to be true and fiar I would say off the record.
Not any mail from accounting dep. either after asking if my documents were approved, Im getting the cold hand big time from them. And the fact that they are so kind and quick when you need them when money flows the other way just make my issue with them even worse.

I would not recommand this casino to anyone. Like I said in the mail, my best gambling event ever have become the worst, is it my fault beeing strong and actually find the cashout button? No, but sure, I could wait 8 weeks to get the whole amount but I think there are not many in here who are that strong... Sure they can have limits but not make a limit up do delay things even more..

Sorry Ceks, I agree with Seaman. You cannot blame the casino for your lack of willpower dear. Although I DO totally understand your frustration as I had the same problem but on a smaller scale, I had won 5k and could only do the 4k per week thing a while back and i played back the 1k, I was pissed also because the 4k weekly limit and blamed the casino too because hey if I was allowed to cashout more then 4k I would have had that extra 1k. BUT deep down inside I knew it as MY fault I couldnt keep myself from playing that last 1k. lol​

Yes, like I said in the text I played $26000 back and sure it was me playing...BUT, on Monday I flushed $2000 and one minute afer midnight on Tuesday I flushed another $2000 after trying to withdraw $28000 but wasn´t able too due to their limits. It doesent say anything about a weekly withdrawal limit of $4000 on their site. They just told me it was printet on their site. Today its Saturday, not a word from DaVinci Gold support or accounting department.. almost 5 days and NO money at all in my NETeller account, probably get it on Monday or Tuesday next week. I have had no money at all to play with this week except for the money left in my account whcih I wanted to withdraw asap. IF I would have got my first flushed withdrawal of $2000 on for ex Wednesday I would have had money to play with at other casinos when I wanted to. And then I had for sure left the $28000 in my account until Monday next week. Can you honestly say the casino dont play any role in me losing the $28000 in this case? You have gambled a long time and you probably know how it feel when you have no money to play with except the funds already in a casino account..

Now I have $2000 left + $600 in player comps so I will withdraw that $2000 on Monday (I had other money to play with over the weekend if I have time) and play the $600 and see if I win some back. That is at least a total of $6000 in withdrawals on my last $25 deposit a week ago. Thats very good but still little frustrating whan I had so much and I did my best trying to withdaw it and live on the "small" withdrawals until all winnings are cashed out (after 7 weeks). Sure I played it away like many of us do very often, but the lack of respons and bad support no willing to help from and looong delays play a big role in me losing all the money even though it was my last decision. I have not waited more than 3 business days at a Rival to get my withdrawal...not I have to wait 5 or 6 + the weekend and that $4000 weekly limits is a made up lie from the casino if you read their full terms. Ive been nice and friendly when ive emaild them asking anking and wondering about thing...and I really get the feeling I was not very popular after my winnings.

Ths is a good and bad experice at the same time...but all that is bad is DaVincis Gold standing for...I made $5975 in winnings but all the rest is due to DaVincis Gold + they really showed their ugly face. its always so much problems and delays when you win big...Simon Says casino handled my $3000 withdrawal in 2 days.

DaVincis Gold got $26000 back due to my foolishness and they are truly pro´s retrieving funds they lost...they have their tools and unwritten ruls.

Hope you see this Jayden at DaVincisGold, why do you have such bad player support when players for once win? I still dont know if my documents were approved which I sent on Tuesday..and no answer on my mails about it to [email protected] or [email protected] ...have you forgotten me?
A daily withdrawal limit of $2000 like you complete rules said would have saved all my $28000. But a made up rule of $4000/week saved your $26000 from me, thank you!

Why, yes...yes I can say that. You had options, Ceks. You could have deleted the software. You could have done any other activity besides gamble. You could have asked to have your account locked down until you could withdraw again. You could have set a limit on how much you wanted to lose back. All hard choices; I know. If I had all the money I ever played back; I would be sitting on a cruise ship somewhere warm!

Your need to gamble is not the casinos fault. That is your weakness. All that time you spent playing back; you could have read a book, took a walk, learned how to bake, taught a kid to hit a ball, learned to paint a scenic picture, went to a free museum, etc etc. You should have known from experience that huge wins don't piggy back each other. You win big once and then you lose a lot before the next big win comes.

It's a shame we need to learn this the hard way; and I truly feel bad for you. I had to learn it the hard way, too. Let's just hope this is one lesson you only need to learn once!

I will say that when you do wait and don't play any back; you get this amazing feeling of accomplishment when you receive the entire amount of winnings...and it becomes easier and easier to leave that money alone.

ceks, I fully understand your frustration and I agree, if you would have had the chance to cashout more and faster, you would not have played back that much.
However, a Casino is a business...and they for sure try to get somethingback from the player. It is up to us players to stand those processing time frames.
Maybe uninstalling..or whatever helps. I do not play that often, so I´m fine with waiting a week.

I agree the support issue is very important and needs to be addressed asap! Now the fact that you lost it all back I think others have said pretty much all that needs to be said. I have shown this thread again to Jayden and he admits that support is lacking and they are taking steps to fix this asap!

Nice to hear you understand my frustration, I really thought I could withdraw $2000 each day as DaVincis Gold full term and conditions said, but sadly they havd an unwritten rule about $4000/week. A combination of more than 7 days waiting time for my first withdrawal and that unwritten rule made me lose the control! I promise if I had only $500 in withdrawals and no money left in my account, my withdrawal would have been processed on wednesday and payed to my NETELLER account...Its best I dont say anything more about that............

I hate to break it for you but almost everyone here have more or less gambling problem, you probably have the biggest problem with gambling and have to cover it by accuse other with possible problems... Actully that $25 depost was from my $40 loyalty bonus from Pantasia which I cashed out $200 on (max cashout) So that $25 wasn´t even mine in the first place, and I got $6000 in withdrawals (when they are done processing....) + I have about $600 in loyalty points ready to redeem. Thats pretty good and when you are in a playing session, the balance in you account is relative...if you bet 15 cents a $20 win is quite huge, but when you have $28000 in account balance and betting $20(maxbet) a $20 win is nothing... And if you really wanna know how much I deposit each month I can tell you its between, $500-$1000 probalby and sure, sometimes I play away little to much and sometime like now Im very lucky to soon have $6000 in my NETELLER and $600 more to play with...my single depisits are $10-$100 and $28000 is probalby what I deposit in 2 years...now I lost it in a few hours...If I had a serious gamblign problem I would lose that much each month...
If you got a non-cashable bonus starting balance of $28000 would you bet 20 cent/spin?? Dont think so...you probably would bet at least $20/spin..that is the same as deposit $280 and play 20cent /spin.. And most likliy you would lose all the $28000 pretty fast... Those figures are just numbers until you withdraw.

I understand you admin and mods(affilates) close you eyes and just see the easy way when it comes down to the casinos...
