I am with you Judy these are the casinos I like to play in where there is a top notch casino support staff that I can depend on to address any concerns I may have.

was told that they are still having problems with the processer and they dont know when it will be fixed,

i dont know what to believe anymore ,

My husband and I both play at Rival casinos. Right now we are waiting for a cashout from This is Vegas. I asked support before I read the posts here, and they told me about the problem. I just figure s**t happens. The only thing is, it is hard to wait, cause we want to play some more. LOL. But I think its great that the reps came in here and addressed the issue. Good Job!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just checked my QT today and found my cashout was there from This is
Vegas. :woohoo. It only took 7days. I dont think that is too bad considering what is going on there. I would tell anyone to play at Rival casinos. I may wait more than 2 days for a cashout, but at least I know I will get paid. :grinclap

I too am awaiting a payout from Superior, I received an email from support, and it looks like all these issues should be resolved by the end of the week! The glitch has been fixed, and they are now going through all the payouts. Yay!

BTW, support is awesome, friendly, and fast!
