I have the same problem as Redfawn. My emails come in up to a month late. I'm like what the heck? What ever shall I do with an expired promo? LOL!

I know now what the problem is so I'll take no offense and just check my promos in the cashier. = )

If it matters; I use Comcast mail. No need to comp me; happy to help you out.

Hi Jason great name same as my sons .Anyway I get all emails from Cocoa and Paradise8 when there sent out I have yahoo email with only regular mail I blocked the spam mail so everything goes to regular mail whitch spam gets thru no matter what and not sure if I've maybe missed getting anything important I don't think so .I also have a gmail acct. and have noticed that the emails from Rival Gaming places come in the regular mail about half the time and spam half so I just make it a point to look over the spam just like the regular mail and I think I receive all emails at gmail in a timely manner.I hope something here helps you .Paradise8 acct.rndawho2 cocoa acct. Oh love love love your games haven't played in awhile but haven't played much anywhere lately but hopefully soon and you do have some of the nicest customer sevice.
