Hi Everyone, I'm Jason, the marketing manager for Paradise 8 and Cocoa Casino and I just wanted to throw a question out there to get some input.
I've been getting the occasional reports of player emails that are sent via our backend (such as new game/bonus introductions etc.) getting caught up in spam filters etc. If any of you have a spare sec, can you let me know if our emails are arriving in your inbox in a timely manner ..or at all for that matter?
We ran a 50% reloading bonus at both casinos today and an email should have gone out about it this morning, you can use that as reference.
