I'm confused if you have played at Inetbet since they opened you had to have known the terms for withdrawl and playthrough. And like Vixen stated it would cause problems if they made an exception for one player and not everyone.
Didn't I see on fb that they indeed help you find a way to cash out the max amount?

Okay, here is my gripe! Maybe I have not made myself clear on why I am ticked. Back months ago before they had this new PayMyCard option to cashout, I played a $5 free game offer. I made playthrough and won $50. Because there was no way to cashout $50 since $100 was the minimum on a check, they told me clear as day I could continue playing. I don't have the email nor do I remember which one told me this. Now all of a sudden when I will over $800 with the same type of thing and they suddenly have this PayMyCard option, I can only cashout $50. Now tell me if this sounds fair? Any one of you would be ticked too!

It clearly states when you claim the free chip that the maximum amount you may withdraw is 10x.....in this case $50.It has been this way for a very long time.No matter how much you play above that you can stili only cash out the maximum allowed. I myself hit a jackpot on a free chip in the past and then kicked myself for not deposting.But rules are rules.

I am changing the thread title because you do not have an actual legit issue against the casino sorry no matter how you put it I think your wrong. Also you are getting money for FREE btw just wanted you to keep that in mind.

i don't think anyone would blame you for being disappointed that you won a nice amount off a free chip and cannot cash out, anyone whose been in that situation would be but your mad because they won't bend the rules and or rather change the rules so you can have more than the max cashout allowed or because you want them to take your withdrawl out then put it right back in so you can play off their money and have no strings attached. I'm not trying to be mean but you really you are so wrong here they have done nothing wrong here Inetbet went above what was necessary and allowed you to withdrawl to a method you had never deposited with that in itself is something no casino does yet you are pissed? I really don't get it.

Now I feel that I have to be a little nice. Yes, Gamlealot, I would be ticket too.
Especially if they had made the exception before but wouldn't stand for it now. I think that is what you really feel is wrong.
We all understand the feeling, but maybe we, or at least not I, would complain about it in a forum.

The thing with free chips is that we can never expect to get anything at all, but if we do, then it's a great.
If we get to cash out, then it's wonderful!

Can you please make sure you only play with freebies that you can cash out from now on?

I am going through the same thing with InetBet. I can only cash out 50.00 so I am opting to have them put it back on my Netspend Card, which according to their website this is something that is suppose to happen immed. however the funds are still being processed 3 days later so my grip is with customer service. I sent 3 emails asking what the max cashout was (because I did not know what kind of bonus was credited to my accoun)t and no one got back to me. I withdrew my whole 700.00 balance and they put it right back into my account so I emailed them again and they finally got back to me to tell me the max. cashout was 50.00. I then asked to redeem my comp points and they emailed me back to tell me that I cannot redeem comp points on a managers bonus. If you cannot redeem comp points why do they give them to you and if you can't redeem them why are they still sitting in the cashier?

Update:

I received an E-mail from INetBet a couple days ago saying that because I am asking to have my 50.00 put back onto my NS card that I would need to fill out a "PayMyCard" form. I filled it out and sent it back. Got an E-mail from them asking me to fill it out again because it wasn't legiable which I would disagree with, however that is what I did, but instead of printing I typed all the information so they could read it. They also said that I needed to verify my phone # because it was different than the one that they had on file, which is true because I no longer have a land line because I use my cell phone.

I contacted the casino and asked how I change my phone # and they said to fill out a fax back form which I typed up and sent over to them.

Today I get an E-mail saying that the new PayMyCard form did not have a handwritten signature, NO CRAP BECAUSE I TYPED IT ON MY SECOND FORM SO THEY COULD READ IT!! Now tell me this is not crazy. I can't win for losing. They also said that I need to verify my phone #...again.

Oh Yeah...I cashed out from them before which means my doc's had been approved so this is all soooo unnecessary!!!

If it has been a while since you cashed out there, then yes they require new forms filled out. I can totally understand that. I have had an account there for years and had to redo my forms and faxback stuff recently. I am sorry you had trouble with the faxback forms but you must realize they need your written signature? I type in all pertinent information, then print out, SIGN it and send back.

With the US government the way it is right now, they need to protect themselves. We are fortunate to have places to even play at and I really don't understand whey players get upset when they have to send in documents to prove who they are??? I do understand your frustrations, but it is one of those things we just have to do.

At least you won so you CAN cashout! Congrats. Once you get your paperwork in order you will not have to deal with this again for quite a while hon

when i cashout if its not enough for a check then i cashout through paylinq im in usa and have had no problems cashing out except winning lol sorry this happened to u but i had a free chip max cashout 50.00 and hit 15,000 and i got 50.00 not i cashout to paylinq and then redeposit the next day or when it hits paylinq

Well it sucks but I would have never played the 5 free knowing there are limitations especially if you cannot even win enough for a withdraw. As far as playing video poker that is all on you I would have not done that either since it is in the rules not to, no matter what they have let me get by with in the past. This is also why I stick to only the certain few that do give decent size free bonuses out so you can make the min withdraw I am sure you know which casinos I am talking about just go look in the free cash room and have a look at all the snail mail freebies they have sent!
