INETBET Free chip gripe

[h=6]I've got a beef to pick! I live in the USA! I got the free $5 chip to play Loch Ness. I made playthrough, but can only withdraw via check, which is a $100 min. I have been told before that I could play video poker once playthrough was made on the free chip. Not too mention, what's the difference if I win $50, turn right around and deposit that $50 and win? Which is What I would do any ways. Well, long story short I win over $800 on video poker now InetBet will not let me withdraw anything because $50 cannot be cut via check. This is just wrong!!!!!! I have been a member since InetBet opened it's doors and supported them a ton. [/h]

Yeah, it's just crazy I have to withdraw this $50 to then turn right around and deposit this again! Knowing damn well I won't hit for $800 again. I hit five four of a kinds and a straight flush. I honestly hope that this cost them money each time they have to payout these $50 winnings, because it's just flat retarded what they are doing.

Things like this are reasons I play with free chips like they are play money. I think I have gotten lucky enough to cash out one time.

Best thing I can do with them is rack up wagering points.

Wow! I would be ticked too, but, what can you do??? I haven't played there in years. They closed my account when

the "law" about internet gambling was passed.

Since I am in Illinois, one of the several states that specify it is illegal.

Well seems as though they are making me withdraw, to then turn right around and deposit these funds! And I have to wait possibly 3-7 business days depending on how long NetSpend takes to credit my debit card. Idiotic I tell you!

Well it sucks but I would have never played the 5 free knowing there are limitations especially if you cannot even win enough for a withdraw. As far as playing video poker that is all on you I would have not done that either since it is in the rules not to, no matter what they have let me get by with in the past. This is also why I stick to only the certain few that do give decent size free bonuses out so you can make the min withdraw I am sure you know which casinos I am talking about just go look in the free cash room and have a look at all the snail mail freebies they have sent!

I guess you can call this a lesson learned and now I know why customer service at one place just plain SUCKS! You know what, as much money as I have deposited here and lost verses withdrawals, they could have even said we will just pay you half to make you happy. But nope, take the $50 or you can just close your acct is pretty much their tone. Really? Wow is all I will say!

i don't play there. i do play at the club world sites , jackpot capital and its 2 sister sites and intertops. these sites always give decent size freebies. jackpot capital has sent me 2 50$ codes in the last week

Well don't worry, my money will be going straight to JP Capitol and World Group going forward! To hell with INetBet! They could have offered me even $200 and I would have raved after knowing their stupid rule, but nope! They are even making me sign all sorts of new documents just to get my $50 and I have been with them since the day they opened the doors. What customer service and not a way to run a business at all.

Sorry I cannot agree with you on this simply because if they broke the terms and rules for you EVERYONE else would expect the same.... Rules are in place for a reason.

I love iNetBet, sorry. It is the one place I have been able to cashout at the most. I do play the $5 free when I get them, but while I am playing I know that I will not be able to cashout from it until the US govt allows the banks etc. to process gambling transactions.

All I am saying is this, what is the point to limit a cashout to only $50? Here's why I say that! How many of you are going to actually loose that $50 trying to play to win more? There are a select few like myself that actually get very lucky and win. So in all honesty, the casino in my eyes is coming out ahead to just let you play out the winning because your going to loose it any ways. My opinion and sticking to this!

Because not everyone lives in the US and is limited by that cashout. It is only the US that has that issue. If you were able to use another method to withdraw it would not be a problem but since you live in the US where the govt dictates what you can do with your money, it is an issue. They have to have minimums for certain methods of withdrawals, you do realize it costs THEM money to do certain things to, right?

This is a good reason to read all terms and conditions before accepting any free cash or even deposit bonus. Make sure you understand those rules and if you do not agree with them, do not accept. The casinos certainly never make any one accept a free chip. And they certainly will not change their rules to accommodate someone that feels they should be treated differently then others.

I truly am sorry you had this experience, but you need to look at the big picture.

I play the free $5 when there is a new game just to see what the game is like.I don't expect to withdraw. Maybe someday when the US government decides to let us have some of our freedoms back I'm sure the casinos will find ways for us to deposit and withdraw with less hassle.
As for now I appreciate the fact that some of the casinos have stuck by us and allow us to play.:raise

That is also why Inetbet is giving out the small free chips when there is a new game. Just so you can try it out, maybe make a deposit to play it and win or lose on it. No other reason at all.

I agree totally with them who says that it would be no good if they made an exception just for those who can't cash out that small amount. I believe the best rule actually would be to let everyone continue to play on their winnings.
The different with Inetbet is that they pay so fast that I can accept the fact that they don't allow me to continue playing, but I still think it's wrong.
