I get pop ups from all the Microgaming casinos in their software reminding me of entering the tournaments... I don't expect them to be free just because they're featured in a pop up.... does the pop up SAY it's free? Just curious...

The terms of the bonus spins are clearly indicated at the website... if you haven't made three deposits you don't get free spins. And the chat operators are simply following the t+C's.... They been nothing but courteous to me - I guess I'm amazed at people being upset by others simply doing their jobs.

I know they are a good casino but starting to make me a little leary is all....and yes, what I was told from live chat when I claimed the free spins was " good news, you have been registered in the Winning Tourney slot competition", which means they have registered me for free....correct? Maybe I am miss reading what they told me along with the pop up that came on when I logged in....but if I were registered, I would be registered when I entered and paid the fee.....

Well it's okay, I am not going to make a big stink about it now as the tournament is long since over. I have gotten the free spins a few times even though I have only gotten it up to $10. :O
I got that same message about being registered for the tournament.It made me a little po'ed too....and it's not the first time that has happened to me. But it hasn't stopped me from playing there.Someone must have made a mistake when doing the popup and everyone wound up getting the invite instead of a select few.

I thougt this casino was very good before it even became approved by you here at the Streak but Ive changed my mind, this tourney sucks and free spins too, these free spins have a max cashout of $100 doesnt it? And same with the wins from the free tournament were you win $11 or someting?
Also they say they have withdrals processed within a few hours...in reality its several days...to have your withdrawal processed fast you have to deposit alot and earn sooo much loyalty points.. Why??
And ALL this tourney totally sucks...its everything from 40-999 continue plays $1 each and there is a $25 prize for 1st place...its just rotten.

I haven't been playing there to long but the time I have played the casino has been wonderful, the bonuses are normally small but they give alot of them. I was shocked to hear that Paola was rude to anyone, she has always been so nice to me, maybe she was just having a bad day, but they are always so great to talk to. I even go into live chat just to say hi to the girls. As far as the tournaments go I mean the casino is about making money and if people are willing to spend $20 or more to win $25 I guess that option is there lol. I myself wouldn't do it but I just wanted to say I love the casino but we all have our own views and what some of us love isn't something all of us have to. The biggest bluff (is that the right english word??) was the million dollar tournament which runned over months at the end of the last year. I don`t want to know how much they have earned with it, and dont try to count it must be a billion dollars.

The other thing i wonder about is: If their first reason to offer that tournaments is to earn more money from their players, why the give only a few or a handfull players a prize, and mostly thats alot of the complete pool. Sponge I know exactly what you mean about that stupid million dollar tournament this summer! I was so mad - why in the world they'd give us 30 minutes or was it an hour to play and then shorted us on coins so we got less than 30 spins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a huge build up to a very big disappointment that was!
And I agree too about these crazy continue plays... I can't believe the scores to win fifteen bucks! They've got to be spending more than the prize to play! why bother!

I dont say GoWild is bad compared to other Micros and their support girls are always really nice...cant be more friendly actually... Same with Red Flush, a very good casino, no doubt but not my first choice... But these tourneys at both casino are just a joke...what do they take us player for?? We are not 5 years old...and if we were we wouldnt be allowed to play...
And yes guys, that €1,000,000 tourney was a scam..... total gametime with the 3 continueplay(I think) was 3,5 hours...but the amount of coins given lasted 10 minuts on max bet...and playing one line lowest bet wouldnt have helped...Whatta joke...Im soo dissapointsed on that tourney.
The first Micro casino that opens a tournament with a one time entry cost+fee with NO countinue plays and NO re-buy can sign me in immediately.... Then me and Sir Richard Branson have the same chance to win 1st place...isnt that fair and really exciting? I mean, if a skier falls or have a bad finishtime...can he try again?...and again? Come on!

I don`t think Go Wild is more worst than other Micro-casinos. The tournaments are free and you can be lucky and win big at Loaded or Avalon.
The worst tournament for me was the Streak-tourney at Royal Vegas, when you got plenty of playingcoins and 3 hours to play. But in the X-mastime I had no chance to play for 3 hours in the middle of the night.. I had to quit after 20 minutes and that was NOT fun!!

I'm with you on this. One time fee to enter....everyone has the same chance. Of course...free would be alright too
