this is my negative opinion about Go Wild and the Golden Chip.
First I want to say, that I registered in March and made use of the Welcome bonus that time, there was not existing the Welcome package with 3 deposits.
On December 29th 2009 I got the free games without problem, but this time there was somebody called "Paola" in the chat, who refused to give me the free spins, though the chip moved and I told her the correct place.
She told me, that I have to pass the Welcome package, I told her, that I am member much longer than this package exists and they cannot force the players to make use again and again and again of Welcome packages, any time they are offered.
She was never short of lame excuses, though I told her my registration and first deposit date, which was in March 2009 and there this package was not existing yet and that time I already made use of their Welcome offer already.
At last, as I told her, that I was given the free spins on 29th of December 2009, she called it an "oversite"
There was no use to continue the discussion, her behaviour was not friendly and the decision random, nothing to see from "kind" suppoprt who will always assist the players with their problems.
I have the chat protocoll, now it is late here, but tomorrow I will send it to the management, for I like somebody to decide, who is competent.
I just do n ot understand, why I shall make use of the Welcome offers twice, or even more, when they issue a new one - for I made use of their Welcome offer.
This is my experience with "Paola" from GoWildCasino, which is advertising with "The Revolution has begun" - but maybe into the wrong direction concerning their service.
