Well, I just tried to go to the cashier to use the code only to find my acct has been terminated due to failing a security check. I was told by Kodie that once the system kicks you out, there is no way of returning. Darn!! Wish I knew what type of security check I failed. Has anyone else had this problem? Any assistance, help or even a kind word would be appreciated.

Thanks vixen. kehrful58. I only have the one current acct. with them. I can still log in and play free tournaments, I just am unable to access the cashier which, in turn, won't allow me to utilize the free chip. I've emailed support and am awaiting their reply. I'll keep you posted if you'd like.
