There is nothing wrong with them. Do you not realize this was all about the bank processors?
Um that is a matter of opinion. They have slacked big time when it comes to players lately. Seems I am not the only one who sees this. I deal with them all the time and it is definatly not the same as it used to be. I still love this casino group but it is definatly not the same. They can not even do a email change completely. I have changed mine and still get emails at both, changed my physical address sent proof and they still list my old addy half of the time and believe me I ask. When I deposit my hard earned money in a casino, i check it out best i can. and lately they have not lived up to their past greatness well at least with me.
