I hope you get your money soon :) I went thru something like that non gambling related, they have to wait so long for the money to get out of the ach system and verify you didnt get it then they should be able to send you a check,,, :)

I received the same email this morning. I was going to ask them about a check also, but I will wait to see if they answer you and see what they say, Hope they will do that.

I just read on another forum that the new ACH processor is working , Someone requested a ACH withdrawal on 6/24 and it reached their bank today 6/30. So maybe we will see ours soon. I hope.

Ola: ACH is working fine now, they changed their processors already

I just double checked, I did get the "form letter", but I also got a personal letter regarding the ach and my corrected routing number. In it they asked if I'd received it yet, so it's on it way....

I just received an email from High Noon. They said that my ACH has been returned to them and they don't know why. They credited my account back with the 4,000.00 and said to request the withdrawal by check. So I will have to do 2 withdrawals one for 2500.00 which is the max by check and then a week later for 1500.00 which will be fine with me. at least I know I will get it. I don't know why it was returned to them. I would have got a message from my bank if the bank refused. Anyway I am very happy now and can change my mood back to "cheerful ". Did anyone else have their ACH returned to them?

I got the same type email, I've had my 431 returned to my account, andhave withdrawn it again as a courier check. I'm so relieved to get it, and so happy to know club world is everything I thought they were!

I'm sure the money got stuck at their former processor... so happy to have it back!!!!

I am waiting for an ACH from them as well. Been waiting about 3 weeks now.

I got my "ACH rejected by your bank" e-mail this morning, finally.

Re-submitted for a check withdrawal.

I sure hope it gets here quick this time.

Withdrawal was approved on the 7th of June. I got that e-mail, today July 5th, What a wait.

I e-mailed them to see if they could take the withdrawal out of "pending" right away since it was approved a month ago. But, right now, it still sits there, waiting for approval all over again!

Oh, the joys of gambling!

Hey Guys, Sorry about all your troubles with Club World. I started to play there a couple of weeks ago but after hearing about all your problems with sending the money home I decided not to. I can't recommend Jackpot Capital HIGHLY ENOUGH. They have been awesome!!!The check I requested last Thursday the 30th of June is on the Fedex truck to be delivered today. They sent me an email link to Fedex with the tracking number and it has been a great experience. I LOVE this casino. Good luck to you all with getting your money...I hope you get it soon!!!

Here is something that gets me:

I e-mailed them back, right away. It was early in the a.m.. I told them I did the "check" thing and asked for them to take it out of pending since it was already approved a month ago.

Did they??? Noooooooooo!!

I reversed $50.00 of it, couldn't go no more than that cause then it wouldn't qualify for the check option.

Well, I played a couple of tourneys and thought I blew that $50.00 but, I managed to get it back up to where I could put the $50.00 back!! Whew, that was close!

I still have a big $6.00 but I was in 1st place for the $1 tourney that ends at 6:00........... so, maybe will have another $15.00 or so.

So, if they do approve it (again) tomorrow, how long is a check taking?? I won't see it until next week I am guessing, since it's Wednesday tomorrow already!

I am disappointed they didn't do it right away though!

I wrote and asked them to flush it as soon as I did the check option, and they wrote back that it had to be MOnday. Here it is Tuesday and its still sitting in the cashier ;(

We all know CWC has always been a great casino group. But, you have to admit, they have not been handling this situation very well at all.

The total lack of communication, at least in my case. (NO response or a "form" letter at best. The last thing a winning customer wants to hear from support is "dead air" or nothing at all.

Then to have members (who have waited for a month already) have to wait for approval on the same withdrawal is ludicrous.

I had to chuckle Monday, I got an e-mail from them saying they hadn't seen me in the casino for a while. A 100% deposit bonus, "can this tempt you back" it said............ Ha, I don't use coupons there (except for the occasional freebie)......

I was so tempted to write back to promotions and tell them, when I get my funds, I'll be back.
