From what i could make out you can only register credit/debit cards for the prefered payment method , not moneybookers/neteller.

whoo, ok, done...what an awkwrad round about way tho...used my prepaid as dep option, evne though i wont be depping with it, but it shows as a dep method, have to change it later to moneybookers if i dep, have to remove CC as withdraw and set up moneybookers, lol
