New Netspend card

I got my new Netspend card in the mail. I went to activate it using the website and phone number but was given a message that I need to call customer service. So my first thought is that they are going to ask me what my transactions on my card are for? I am not paranoid, just not a good liar. Has anyone else activated their new card yet?

Nope, but don't tell them the truth. They have locked my card before and didn't ask.

Just updating to let everyone know that I called yesterday to activate my new card (Netspend is now under a different bank so they are issuing everyone new cards). All they wanted to do is verify my info. No mention of my card activity, at least for now. I believe the new bank is the same bank that I had another card with which got closed but I forgot the name of the card. I think the new bank is Interbank.
