Wire or automatic payment?

This might sound weird but i have never wired $ from qt to my bank so wanted to ask if anyone here can help? Below are my options. Would it be the wire or the automatic transfer? They both have different numbers. Thanks for any help.

Will take a bit longer Red, it takes 2-3 days to go to confirmed status then 2 -3 days after that to actually hit your bank.
