no i can do it for free, but i don't have the neccessary tools to do it from home, so i have to gather my info, send it from work etc, its just a pain in the ass when you assume once its been done, thats the last time you have to mess with it. They can take my deposits so freely, but giving some back seems to be a top security issue. My point is if its all about security, then have the credit card checked everytime its used before you approve the deposit.

And don't worry, it is a hundred bucks i'll be collecting, but for now on, if i have to think about sending fackback forms everytime i cash out there, (only on rare ocassions) then i just won't be playing there anymore. And that goes for ALL casinos that continues to make someone jump through these hoops after they have already done so.

A while back I had a cashout at one of the Rivals for $4000 and didn't have a way to send faxbacks.Like a fool I played it all back and it was at a time when I sorely could use the money. The next week I bought an all-in-one printer-scanner-fax machine. They had a special at Target, a Canon for $39 and it saves me a lot of hassle.Now I just scan everything and email the info.

It pays to invest in one since these casinos have to pull this all the time for some reason or another. I just don't like the fact that you send in everything and they need it over and over again. Sometimes I think that's just a way of making you get frustrated and play it all back.

Now if I play it all back it's my own fault (and Momma Hoggs).Most of the time I play the casinos for entertainment but sometimes I really need the money.

Hi Cas and Judyb, I know what you mean about this. I received a $100 free from both Lion Slots and Irish Luck casino's the first part of last week, I don't know if these are supported by you, but anyway they are Rival casino's. Didn't win on Irish Luck but Lions Slots had a $1500 playthrough and you could send home $1000. So I met the playthrough and sent home the $1000. I had deposited so much in 2009 and only sent home one withdrawal of $1000 in August of 2009. Anyway I think everything is fine since I had sent in all the documents at the time of that withdrawal. I didn't receive any emails from them since I seem to have problems when anything is sent via email from their accounting dept., so I do a Live Chat with Susan who tells me that I need to send in the Faxback Form now mind you in the chat with her I asked her probably 4 times if that was all I needed to send in was the Faxback form and all 4 times she said that WAS ALL I needed to send in. So I initial each transaction that I did back then, which there were about 50 of them and fill out the rest of the form and fax it to them. I don't hear anything by Friday so I start getting worried so I do a Live chat again with someone else and they tell me that I need to send in copies of all the credit cards I used back when I did all these transactions in 2009. I tell her that I don't have one of the credit cards anymore because I stopped using it and cut it up and she says they would need a statement from the back stating this????? I am so freaking mad. I ask her why they would need copies of credit cards that I used a year ago and she said that accounting requires it. I am so mad I start sending emails to everyone, support and accounting and told them I could not send the copies of that one credit card. Anyway to make a short story long, I faxed in all the documents again minus the one credit card and got an email on the 14th saying that the documents were accepted. Anyway it has now been 5 days by my calculations and 4 by theirs and the money still is not in my QT account. Their website says it takes 2 to 5 days for a withdrawal to be processed. I get on live chat this morning and ask them when it will be credited and Chris tells me that he can't tell because he's just support but that it should be sometime early next week. You know I can SEND MY MONEY to them in about 20 seconds and it takes so much frustation and time to get money back out of them that I'm about ready to give up on most of these casino's. Thanks for letting me blow off steam here!!!

I am sorry to hear those troubles tessa. We have stopped recommending most Rival Casinos unless they have their own processors for the banking. Most of them use Rivals own processors and they have been having bad troubles with it from what I hear. :think

That's why I quit at Rivals long ago. I ocassionally take a free chip, or one of those huge bonuses so I can play awhile, but the hassles of either being accused of bonus abuse and the s l o w n e s s of cashouts makes it not worth it to me. I will say SlotoCash has never pulled this kind of stuff andusually pays in one day...

That must be just so frustrating tessa, my credit card just expired recently and I would never have thought of keeping it or the scan of it. I have that problem with receiving emails from rivals, especially when it relates to id docs you need for a withdrawal...lol

Thanks everyone for the support. Yes I never expected to have to go through all this. It gets rediculous and to tell you the truth I hate sending in the documents. I always fax them in and most of the time they say that they didn't receive them or that they can't read them. And like I said in my original email for some reason whenever they send me an email requesting the documents I NEVER receive it. I have deposited so much in all these casino's and when I do finally win.....I feel like I committed somekind of crime. :hmmr Anyway the money is still not in my QT account but hopefully tomorrow or Tuesday. I seem to always need the money so bad when they decide to do something like this!!! Thanks again everyone...your all great!!!

tessa I'm in the US, and found my ISP is on occasion blocking both my outgoing and incoming emails... Casino Extreme suggested I try gmail and have had no problems since. What I do is write the casino from the old email address telling them what's happening and also write from the new one at the same time. oh and when I fax I chat with live help first... I ask if they can watch for my fax, then I either call or live chat again to make sure it's there....

sent the faxback form early friday and guess they all cut out of work early for the weekend cause i still haven't heard from them since sending it. Hopefully, i will get it tomorrow and not an email asking for more hoops. Do i look like a dolphin at an attraction? hehe

Did i secretly join the circus? I feel like it with all of the "Hoops" 'm jumping through.

Hi Guys, Still waiting on my $1000 from Lion Slots. I've spoke to them on live chat and everyday it's, "Check back tonight, tomorrow or later on in the week". Their website says 2 to 5 business days but that's a bunch of bull because this has been 7 since the documents were approved on the 13th. I keep hearing how busy the accounting department is. I can't imagine why since I can't EVEN see anyone depositing with service like this. Good luck eishagirl, I hope you get your money faster than I'm getting mine. No more Rival Casino's for me!!! Thanks again everyone!!!

We have been trying to tell you all to please be careful which Rival Casinos you play at. There are still a few good Rivals out there and they are the ones that use their own money processors. The rest of them use Rivals processors and are having nothing but trouble. The three Casinos below are all sister sites and have their own processors and are safe to play at.

Thanks Judyb, your right about the Rivals. I emailed Lion Slots last night and got a response today that it should be credited to my QT account later this week or early next week. That's all I've been hearing!!! Their processor sucks....2 to 5 days my a**. I'm ready to blow a fuse. Although I won this money on free money they sent me, the frustration that I feel when this happens is enormous. I just want my money and I'm so through with them!!!
I will stick to the ones that The Streak recommends ONLY. Thanks again.

after all of that, i actually was really surprised to see my $100 hit QT this evening. Technically, I sent the faxback form friday around 12pm est and contacted live support on monday to make sure they had everything they needed and that all docs were approved including the faxback form which i just initialed all deposits and then filled out the personal info. So to my surprise, i guess today woulda made about 3- 3 1/2 days.


With all of their restrictions on deposit bonuses (well this didn't bother too much cause i rarely use the coupons) but the time it takes to get paid, having to fill out a faxback form everytime i win, i think i'l stick with my usual places that i've made home lately. Slots Galore, Silver Dollar, Villentos, and Intertops.
