Well, i was already through about $1500-$2000 on the playthrough after hitting a nice $3000+ hit betting $20/spin and got the freespins bonus on the Switch In Time. Was hoping to hit another nice one to guarantee making the playthrough while playing on the $100 freechip.

Well, hit this beauty, and well, now its just a matter of playing the amount down to cashout! woohoo! Too bad its a freechip, but at least its a $100 cashable!

so after sending 2 "bitchy" emails to support over this, here is the last response i got back from them. This has gotten a bit ridiculous, and who would want to continue to jump through these uneccessary hoops and keep playing at Vegas Regal?

One thing is for sure, i will not be depositing anymore with them. Its funny how great i thought this place was and had been, but now, seems like they are close to completing a 180 degree turn around. Very Disappointed with all of these new "Security" requirements.

Sums it up quite nicely. If it's not too many forms, it's worth the hassle, after all it is a hundred bucks. But if you have to pay to scan them or something like that I'd say "....." and forget them.
