If you go watch a movie you also wont accept it if the movie shows unsharp and blurry, the actors all look like big fat dwarfs, the sound doesn't match with whats happening and if the movie is supposed to be 90 minutes and it takes 3 hours because it plays in slow motion, I really don't think you'll watch it till the end..

Wow, that update really hurt the casinos I am sure. I hope they can find a solution soon.

I have to agree but I really believe the problem started a couple months ago when so many of us were complaining about the connectivity which still hasn't been fixed. I will also add that the slots are sooo tight any more.

I used to deposit and play alot @ Davinci's Gold, Pantasia. then vegas regal came, i claimed the free chip @ made the playthru and cashed out. I can't remember the amount, think it was $150 minus the bonus chip, if i remember right was $25! ever since my cash out all my Rival acts. were locked. recently i had a chat with live support and was informed they would unlock my accts. but i was not eligible for any bonuses til i made a few deposits. have not made any deposits as of yet, mostly cause i can't download any of the rivals.
