Why Are You Not Playing At Rivals?

Everyone I am curious why you have stopped playing at Rivals. I have noticed many don't speak of the casinos much anymore and I would like to go to London to speak with some of the casino operators and tell them why your no longer happy! There is no need to go crazy bashing guys ..lol Just please try to be brief and explain and there is no need for casino names either lets don't pick on them and flame.

I would do alot more playing at rivals if there weren't so many problems. I always end up bonus banned. I don't mind not being able to get a bonus, I do quite a bit of depositing without one. I just end up feeling like I did something wrong the way they go about it. I don't have more than one account at any one casino but when I ask what is going on they say I have multiple accounts. (so not true) That doesn't inspire confidence. There never seems to be anyone that can help. It makes me worry about playing and winning. I don't like to worry about wheter I will get paid or not. I think they have some of the best games out there. I also don't like the max payout per week. I can and have unfortunately dumped a small fortune in a week. I don't like knowing that I may not even be able to get back what I have deposited. They have such potential if only they would listen to the players.

Well, I played at Sloto´Cash today, they always honor deposits with free Reward bonsues with low playthrough and no max cash out... I have not cashed out at Sloto´Cash yet(played there for only 2 months now) but Ive heard they are fast whcih is essential for me....they seem to have got it what we players want.

Then there are almost ALL other Rivals... huge playthough on bonuses, very very low max cashout on free chip AND match offers too in some cases, and there are loong waitng time at most Rivals.

Ruby Royal payed my $2000 withdrawal quite fast a few month ago, didnt even ask for any kind of papers whe nIve used NTeller as deposit option but the very few times Ive recieved a free bonus it a $10 with $600 playthrough and a max cashout limit of $20...that is worse than nothing, its humiliating. And it pisses me of when they think we guys are 5 years old and dumb...

Vegas Regal pay quite fast but ive got about twenty 600% bonsues with 2 times the bonuse max cashout in my cashier....it so unserious and it scares me away from depositing...als otheir free chips have a quite low cash out limit...about $60..ok, it better than nothing and nice but still the porpous of this bonus is more of having players to stay than being nice and it make me wast my deposits at Sloto´Cash for ex. Or at an RTG or Getminted.com

Dendera Im not gonna mention...huh...and ThisIsVegas and Davinci...do they still exist? Ok Ive closed my account there long time ago but they really messed up about 1 year ago...and still I see none here playing there or have anything to say about them...

Cocoa and paradise8 ive permanently closed my account at...awesoem support and about 300% on each deposit I made and no withdrawal limit but still I have never won anything there..some malfuction, even Paradise8 manager thought my bad luck were very extreme..I just had to leave!

If you meet any Rival managers, just tell them to raise withdrawal limits, process withdrawals much faster within 24 hours after flushing it, and on weekends too, no unethical playthrough on matchoffer and free cash. And NO withdrawal limit on free chips or at least 10x the bonus minimum! And never a withdrawal limit on match offers! and for god sake, dont try to fool us with "Reversal"-bonuses and many stupid rules and limitations... Make them as good as iNetBet for ex...why should it be so hard? Or why not as good as Casino Extrme and Getminted.com with instant withdrawals...

Only Rival I fully trust now is Sloto´Cash...and their bonuses have no limits and fair playthrough. No other Rival live up to my expectations!

I keep ending up on the banned list even though I do NOT nor have I ever had multiple accounts in the same casinos. Their security does NOT work, it harms the good players by insulting and upsetting us. P8 and cocoa banned me at Christmas - I wrote them p8 fixed it, cocoa did not.

Ceks is correct, slow payouts, terrible conditions on the coupons they do give, with the exception of slotocash. Slotocash is fantastic.

Unreasonable cashout limits, etc... I only play now at slotocash, vegas regal and paradise8, don't trust any of the others... Play infrequently there, but wish they'd fix these things so I could return. I really miss lion slots lol

also in fairness I just came back to try to edit in what happened today... the one who restored my account had a free chip today with nice cashout limit, and I made playthrough and cashed out.

but ending up on the banned list is terribly horribly upsetting...

I really don't have much bad to say about rivals. I just love umm! The only thing i don't like is when they offer a bonus with deposit you might have a 3x max cash out. So say i get a 300% deposit bonus and deposit 50 they take the bonus and i can only cash out 150...thats just not worth it to me when i can do the same at another with no max cash out and they don't take the bonus either. I only know of 2 that don't do that. I do play at many and others i haven't even collected on a freebie because i might be able to cash out but it would only be like 25 and if i were to hit something nice it would bum me out lol. Rivals are pretty much the only software I play any more with the exception of RTG sometimes...just can NEVER cash out at an RTG casino.

Anyway I would have to agree with the majority here. The 2 things I don't like is the time that it takes to process a withdrawl. If you happen to withdrawl on a weekend the waiting is even longer.

The other one is even though Rivals offer far more bonus's then any other casino software alot of the casinos have insane playthroughs and the max cashouts are rediculous. I happen to love Simon Says and they ALWAYS have a very large deposit bonus waiting in my account with a very low playthrough and no max cashout. So I think it really comes down to the more loyal you are to a particular casino they can really come through in amazing ways.

By the way if you talk to any Reps from the Micro casinos you might want to tell them their connectivity is horrible, their bonus's stink big time and their slots are tight as he**

I was just coming back to re emphasize this... and I think it's going to become a MUCH bigger deal for all US players - see my wp won't work at many of them anymore, so I can only play with what is already in my ewallets.

Since it is becoming so expensive (5 to 10%) of each transaction to reload the ewallets, I'm becoming ever more sensitive to slow payouts. In fact my first decision about where to play is often NOT based on the bonus but rather how quickly I'll be paid should I win.

For me it is actually really simple...

I deposit in Rival´s from time to time but not much of that simple reason I have never hit anything. When I make a free spin or bonus round I never end up with anything..It is the same with RTG´s..

SO I put all my money on the casino there have paid most over a certain period. Because hey..I´m in it to win...

but could you talk with the go wild rep and please ask them to add UseMyWallet to the banking options! Every other Micro has it, but they don't. I'm sure some affiliates would like to use it too.

because of name throwing here i plan on playing at slotocash, i used to only play at mg, but we all know why i choose not to now days. I never have deposited at rivals for the same reasons i have read here, slow pay outs, bonus play thru, and max cash outs, reasons all from research not experiance, NO MORE M.G. for me... will see how RTG and rivals go now....Good Luck everyone, thinking i will have more money on hand in the days to come...
