I'm celebrating next Saturday with my family as one son lives in the country and the other works on Christmas Day. We will be having our usual Christmas dinner which is roast chicken, ham and roast pork, with roast potatoes, cauliflower with cheese sauce, roast pumpkin and beans followed by cheesecake, plum pudding and chocolate ripple cake. What's everyone having for their Christmas dinner and when are you celebrating?

Apparently France has the healthiest ones, oysters, weird!

I enjoy a good bit of chicken and pigs in blankets!

Christmas Eve is always different kinds of fish, its a catholic tradition as we arent supposed to eat meat. So my menu is, Shrimp cocktail, linguini and clam sauce, fish salad, fried shrimps and scallops, baked clams, crabcakes and lobster tails.

Christmas day is antipasto, a baked ham and manicotti.

Christmas Day I will be going to my youngest sons home where they will be making the dinner. I believe they bought a spiral ham.

I'll be going to georgia to spend christmas with my son and his family!
I'm so excited and I'm sure we will be having ham with all the fixins!!
