A case with mental illness -yes
Excuses - no
Lots of people grow up abused and poor . That is not a valid excuse .
Pedophiles cannot be fixed and are not usually caufght until after they have asaulted 100 victims . Once they are caught and have been to jail they usually kill their victims the next time . There is nothing that can be done with this segment of society.
Lots of people get stressed and dont kill their baby -death penalty

Ash,

I cannot believe how many stories I am reading lately that mirror what you wrote. It's like children have become as disposable as the diapers they wear. It makes me sick and sad to keep reading...Missing child in some state...I automatically think, "Parents did it."

How sad is that?

Silky,
I hear what you're saying. I don't think growing up poor, abused or neglected is a valid excuse either. A vast majority of those poeple grow up and raise families without hurting their children. Accidents happen, kids fall off balconies, into swimming pools, etc. I'm not saying kill these parents. But anyone who blatently disregards thebasic tenets of parenthood by killing a child on purpose because it wouldn't stop crying, it wet the bed one too many times, or when a parent loses custoday and thinks, "If I can't have them...no one will." ought to be penalized with death. I'm not up for paying for these people to live their lives out while foot the bill for their housing, Medical & Dental, food, clothing and college courses. IMHO, of course.

Well, alcohol is drug. What gets me are the ones that say I just drink wine, Ya like 3 bottles a nite, and yur and alcoholic. It's instant gratification today with alot of people. You don't even hear the term "War on Drugs" anymore.
When someone has a cold they go right to the store and buy cold shit. So many drugs on the shelf that u can buy legally. Any time something doesn't feel good people have to take something.
I can't even type all the things i want to say cuz it's too long. I have thought that they should legalize drugs a long time ago. You can get hit over the head now just for a cigarette because they raised the taxes so high, but it's ok for the winos to have their wine, cuz they are hypocrites.
I know i'm prolly not making much sense but I get so aggrivated with the hypocrisy of laws today. And it's late lol.
Nice to see ya again Motel girl.
