I believe deposits through MoneyLineWallet are directly written from your checking account. They are credited "instantly" but are not drawn for a few days. They email you the day before that they are going to debit your account

I use to have an account with them until they abandoned me because I live in Illinois!

Hopefully I will get my new bank card soon and I won't have to worry about it.

Can a person buy a "netspend" locally or do you have to get it on line?

Wessie do they have Speedway's where you live? You can buy and load and even cash checks onto netspend through Speedway

If you go to netspend.com and enter your zipcode they will tell you where you can buy one. They give you one that can be used right away.
