Watch for Snail Mail from American Grand Casino

I received a plain white envelope the other day. It was from American Grand Casino which is part of the Crystal Gaming Group. It included the casino CD and a code for $100. I played it and not one bonus(darn). Oh, it was an RTG gaming casino by the way. Just wanted to let people know to be on the lookout for it.

Believe it or not,I actually cashed out and they sent me my money free via overnight mail,the playthrough on a deposit is only 9times the bonus!!! I deposited $50,cashed out at $200

Got it played it and couldnt uninstall it.....so they actually answered my email with the instructions on how to uninstall.........I thought something was fishy when I saw who signed the letter but I was bored......love duckey:sunnyday

Hi everyone this is JokersGirl formally tonysbaby.

I recieved the same last week for $100.00. I called support and they told me the play through was 600x. :thatsucks If it was only 9 I want to scream because I played my bottom off and almost made the $6000.00 play thru and that was difficult to say the least. :wowIf it was only 9 than I lost a whole bunch of MONEY. :moneyI hope for all the rest of you it is only 9 and not 600 as I was told.

JokersGirl, if support told you it was 600, it probably was. The 9X you saw was johnholden saying he cashed out and the playthrough on a DEPOSIT is only 9X hon. Don't beat yourself up. Evenif you won you probably wouldn't have been paid anyways!
