Support is very very nice at Villento so yes talk to them..

In the first two months I had a account with Villento I didn´t recieve any emails at all. But i went to support and they told me if I had any free spins or promotions going on.

Every tuesday they are giving away 40 free spins to any kind of slots to random selected loyal players..

So even if you don´t get the emails, check your account anyway..They might be there
