I don't know what method they use to grant these spins to players. I deposit a lot at Rich Reels and almost never get them, and then I don't deposit more than $100 a month at Villento, sometimes, and get them every week. Huh.

Here is the thing what really got me confused. I used to deposit at both casinos and received about three or four free spins and they stopped. I remember asking them why stopped??? lol they sure didn't give me a reasonable answers but said that only certain players get them so I stopped playing at there. As I remember it is the promotion department who gives these out. Support have nothing to do with it and therefor can´t answer questions about these free spins.

I don´t think it has anything to with how much you deposit or not. These free spins is given out randomly...

I deposit there 3 to 5 times a week and just asked live support as to why I never receive the free spins on tuesday and was told the promotion department handled it and he didn't know what the criteria was as to who they picked to receive them. So good luck to those who do get them i check every tuesday and never get them not once.

villento is by far one of my favorites and i have never once received the ree spins and usually deposit close to 1000$ a month with them also but if you do deposit they will almost always give u a bonus unless u just got one.
