I do like Villento...They are very courteous and I have never had an issue there..but I did notice with most casinos.... I get more promotions from the ones I deposit less at than from the ones I spend alot at. Just my theory but I think they are trying to entice those players to play more...and figure those who deposit alot...well they already have our business. angry

is it just me or does anyone else think this reply is a bit pathetic, you email support trying to get answers and they dont have a clue themselves, couldnt they at least try and find out the answer, like who else are you meant to ask,

They only give out free spins to 40 players per week! It will say in your promo email that you get on Monday which slots u need to play to qualify for the free spins for that week. 40 players is NOT alot when you consider they have thousands of players at the casino. Its not surprising at all really that none of us have gotten them yet. But someone will one day I am sure. I am also waiting patiently to get the free spins but hey as I said 40 players is not many at all!! Besides they send me weekly deposit promos every single week and now I am getting them for Rich Reels also and not many micros give them anymore so I love them and will continue to play there without question!​

I had a long conversation with live chat complaining that i never get any freebies much less the free spins - mentioning that I felt I was not valued because I didn't deposit $100's a week. He said that you didn't have to - and then later "slipped' up and said that only "certain" players get the free spins based on how frequent they play/deposit. I keep reading posts and hardly anyone is lucky enough to get these free spins. I do not expect free cash everytime I log in but it would be nice to be given a chip now and again.

Just my opinion. I love Micro and they do have responsice CS - I will continue to deposit but most of my cash goes to Intertops!!

Okay, I am sorry but I do NOT understand the reasoning behind complaining to a casino (much less LIVE CHAT!) about never getting anything for free? Do you go to the grocery store and do that? How about the gas station? Hey, you pay your rent or mortgage don't you? THEY should be giving you a free month once in a while shouldn't they? After all you give them LOTS of money!!! Call them up and complain to them too! I just don't get it, sorry. I would never deposit my money at a casino only because they might give me something for free. You want lots of "free" money and chips. Those casinos that are on the rogue list will give you TONS of free money. Man they have coupons that give you 5000% on your deposit. They will give you a free $100 chip every day if you look around. Didn't win on your $50 deposit? No sweat, tell their LIVE CHAT! They will drop you $500 in your account for nothing! LOOK, you just hit a random jackpot at one of those casinos for $10,000! WooHoo What do you mean they won't pay you? What do you mean they say you did not follow the rules in fine print that say you can't cash out ANYTHING if you use more than one free chip? HHHHMMMMMM???? ODD!!!
