Yep, I'm going on hour 14..... I have found that this casino group takes longer than most to credit bonuses to accounts. Its unfortunate that the promotions are so generous, and it gets players excited, but after waiting and waiting and WAITING, and everytime you call their support you are given the SAME ANSWER, we are really swamped, please wait another 5 HOURS.... AGAIN.... I think that they might be causing more harm than good. I know personally, as a gambler, patience is not one of my stronger characteristics, and at the very least, the extended wait doesn't create that desire to deposit money,:arggggg at a site that may take FOREVER to cash out at, heaven forbid I actually win for once.

You should keep in mind its the weekend, so the security department and support staff are not at full levels. If that was during the week I am sure it would running a bit smoother. Players are getting the free spins, thats all that counts, even oif it takes a bit longer.

Start checking for your free spins. Mine just showed up at Maple Casino, no email from them either. I went to the Johnny slot and the screen popped up. Each spin is 10 lines at 1 cent a line. They expire on 11-6-08. Thank You Vegas Partner Lounge.

REALLY??? :hit This is how you treat a casino group that was good enough to give out free money when hardly any of the others have? I am so totally shocked at some of you and ashamed if the casino managers are reading this! Wow... like waiting a few hrs for free money is that hard to do...

ya know, I got an e-mail saying it was credited and I didn't even ask for it. I logged in and no free spins would come up. Live help just told me it was credited and they couldnt do anything else. Couldnt even check to see if it was played...I never requested the spins, yet still I feel ripped off since they sent me an e-mail and there was nothing there. :tonguecrazy

Well..

Today I asked support and they told me I have been credited with the free spins to Jonny Specter...But no..They have never appeared and I havn´t played them..What a strange group of casinos...
