USA Credit Cards shut down!

all the casinos i tried today all told me that credit card deposits are closed for usa!
They actually said

Don't understand how they can legalize online gambling for Washington and then do this to everyone else. Would be nice if they were getting ready to legalize for everyone and just going through this shut down before they legalize us all. Wouldn't that be nice!
