I'm just curious on your guys input on this. I noticed last week 10hrs before the tourney started there was 1,050 people, then 12hrs later was 4400 people { I thought wow thats almost 4x the people in 12 hrs, also the Freerolls to win in this tourney stop 12hrs before so that means 3000+ people bought into the tourney for $10 , I guess its possible? } So this week i thought i would check again. And with 10hrs before the tourney there were 1068 people , i looked 13 hrs later when the tourney started and just like last time 4500 people. I do realize 1st pays $4000 but the tourney only pays 50 winners. Maybe im paranoid it just seems odd that just like last time 3000 plus people are added. I know everyone says jackpot is a reputable group, it just seems odd. I used to play at ultimatebet poker and ever since there scandal , i just seem to be a little cautious or paranoid one of the two.

No its pretty accurate. These tournaments actually run through the entire Microgaming network and the player database is HUGE!

hi loufreekc - I get a free entry to that tournament almost every week - I think they give them away up to the max number of players....

Yes Labell you are right, they give the entries away and you will see that a majority of the people dont actually play in the tourney, they are just automatically registered for it.

When you say give them away , do they send out an e-mail to them. Because i always have to win 1 thru the freeroll. If they give them away it all makes sense.

I came 22nd last week and got $40 and the entry was free but I had to use the "continue" play all 6 times which cost me a total of $60... I belive only the top 15 players out of 4000 actually win something when all player have to use the continue button all times for sure to reach the top 50 player. It is impossible to come among the top 15 on only the free entry that include one 10 minutes of playing. But if you have a good run on that free playing it can be worth to use the "contine playing" option. I think they should spread out the chips little more....

Every few weeks I get a free entry into the tourney, but I usually try and win my entrance into it, cos it definitely isn't every week that I get a free entry.
