All New customers are eligible for a 100% cash-back/insurance on their FIRST DEPOSIT,
and this rule supersedes any other promotional offer.

games. As a standard our customers are eligible for a 50% cash-back/insurance on a deposit
of less than $100 and a 100% cash-back on a deposit of $100 or more, if not specifically

- Cash-back/insurance may be requested only if the player's account balance is $5.00 or less,
- there are no pending withdrawals from the account, there are no pending pre-purchased
- bingo cards, and there are no other promotional offers claimed after the deposit.
- If a bonus promotion offers cashback/ insurance; it must be used before making another
- deposit or availing any other promotion bonus. The customer can't accumulate the insurance
- on any circumstances.
- All bonus promotions that include cashback have a 1x max cash-out based on the cashback
- amount or $100, whichever is greater. Furthermore, all cashback/insurance comes with a
- wagering requirement of 3X on Bingo and 30x on Keno and Slots games. Wagering on other
- games with cashback/insurance is not allowed.
- The maximum withdrawal amount allowed of a Cashback/Insurance bonus is the amount of
- the insurance itself or $100, whichever is greater. This amount may be modified by promotional
- offers and will be explicitly stated as part of that promotions rules and terms and conditions.
- Cash-back credits are subject to wager requirements and withdrawal limits; therefore, they
