I don't have any song right now coz I wasn't here at STREAK for that, BUT coz i love it here at SONG OF... I decided to take a "Sneak Peek" on my way out. I see you're not that fond of Mr. Kanye (not that i am myself, this is the only song i know with him and that's Mr. Foxx fault) Usually you're very nice girls and I (until now) had this "feeling" that if/when I posted something horrible, you just let it fly and didn't said that it was SH!T. Guess I was wrong, therefore I have to ask....
What have Kanye done since you can't stand him?

I am shocked at your statement? Not one of us have said in our post the song was shit? None of us edited our post so I know something was not removed. My statement was simply I do not like that man, I have no doubt he
produces good music, I just do not care for the man. I did not even listen to the song, since I have no respect for that man. This is my choice and NOTHING at all against you for posting.


For as long as you have been coming here I can say you have NEVER once found any of us to be rude or disrespectful towards you. We love that you post music and have always encouraged you to please continue.

I post heavy metal songs that I know the other folks don't care for, but that don't stop me from posting what I like. They tell me they don't like it and I respect that and continue on with my day.

Lukas Graham - 7 Years

I see that you posted A DANISH artist
Nice. Lukas Graham was born and raised at that place where they shot this video. It's a very special place right in the middle of Copenhagen. It was a military place but they had left it years ago, not sure maybe late 60's, and it just "stood" there empty buildings left to it self with a huge woody fence build around. Some old hippies came by one day and took a sneak peak and liked what they saw. A place where they could sit down and enjoy their hash (weed) without annoying anyone. So they claimed it for "a free state" and gave it it's name Christiania. (nothing to do with religion) It's still there today a slowly it became a HUGE tourist attraction. In the video you can see a sign saying "NO PHOTO" that is placed at both ends of a street. There you can by all kind of Hash, weed, skunk, cannabis BUT ONLY cannabis no hard drugs. Because it's illegal but accepted by the residents of Christiania, and tolerated by the Danish State you are not allowed to take pictures (in that one street) In the video around 0:38 you see Lukas in front of a burning barrel. These guys standing behind him is real true criminals from that street and he was only allowed to shoot some scene in "tricky areas" coz he lives there. The dealers leave at night and show up next morning coz there are money to make, BIG MONEY MILLIONS! All the houses in Christiania (incl Lukas's) are home made and the rules was, could you find a free place somewhere you could build a house. Up through the late 90's "normal" people with jobs and who didn't smoked cannabis settled down at Christiania coz it's beautiful people (so kind) and all the nature around. Today Lawyers, Doctors , Musicians etc. are living there side by side with all the hippies. It's a true free spirit community and if you like to you don't have to leave the place for anything, they have it all! A beautiful place, PEACE!
This became a bit longer post than expected and if it doesn't make much sense maybe it's because I don't go back and read it all to check if it's good to post. I just press the button "Submit"

My last post, for a week or so, is Lenny Kravitz. He is a true believer when it comes to "Christiania". He "drop-in" when he get the chance, sometimes for a day or two. There is a couple living there and over the years they became friends, so he stays at their place.
So to all Hippies (and my old homies from early 90's)...Mr. Cab Driver!
