What a joke. Trying to chat is impossible. They don't answer emails anymore and they raised Western Union min to $100. Sometimes things are better left alone.Just venting here.

The straw that broke the camel's back. When you sign into the casino you know the pop up that offers a bonus? Well it was the Fridaymatch 150% bonus and 20 free spins. Do you think I could get those spins? Nope...I guess I was hallucinating and they weren't there. That really made me mad. I didn't argue with this woman in chat .She kept me in there for a good half hour telling me they weren't there. She claims she would forward the problem to the manager for me. I know it is only 20 free spins but come on...I played the bonus and lost,I should have gotten them. I told her she should look for herself to see what I was talking about. And if it was not going to be honored it should be removed. She said she sees them but they could still not do it. I took a screenshot and sent it to them. I haven't heard back.

They have changed their chat.And whatever you do, don't click on the chat link on the website...you will be told to use the chat in the software. I only went to the website because I couldn't get through at the casino .I have always loved playing at SlotoCash but now I am having second thoughts. It is just so unfriendly now. This was supposed to be an improvement...maybe I'm wrong but I don't think it was. Maybe they thought it would be easier on them.

The games are larger at both Sloto Cash and Deserts, but the games are not smooth running at all. It was a lot better before they made all the changes.
