i did'nt see the mail mail, but i got an email saying

but i hav'nt seen anything. contacted support even offered to forward them the email as proof.

Well,I guess you need to have some patience. Snail mail is realllllly slow. You should always remember to update your address at casinos if you move, or phone number and email addresses so they can find you!

I didn't feel like waiting for my snail mail so I emailed support and asked if I was sent a snail mail promo. They emailed me back saying they claimed the $30 code for me. Maybe that will work for you.

I personally advise you not to hassle support over a free chip and please just wait to see if you get the code. I think they are not going to appreciate a ton of request and if you do please do not mention anything about Streak Gaming, I do not want them to think we are advertising this as something acceptable.
