I deposit there, and did not get this one wonder why,. I called them, and they said they will not give coupons on the phone any longer.

When I would not get mine in the mail, I would call and get the code. I was having issues with them getting here even though they were sent. Now they wont do it. So if it does now show up, Im out of luck.

That bites Jensia. Have you double checked the mailing address they have on file? It may be just off a little? If it is right, then I would complain to your mail carrier!

They have the rite address. I get SOME of them. I know for a fact from a previous worker they throw a lot of the mail away at our post office in order to keep up. I have filed a complaint, but there was no proof, and the person that I know that worked there, is not going to come forward for fear of going to jail,.... so ya this sucks. This is a private run post office, but the only mail service we have out here.
