Rival Software Question - Please Read

If you read my original post you will see that I do have complaints and still stand behind them but for me personally Rival is the only place I can seem to cashout. I did not list slow payouts on my first post because for me it isn't a huge issue. Since I never seem to be able to cashout at RTG or Micro slow money is better than no money. I personally have more issues with slots being tight at the other 2 than I do at Rival and how many games at the other 2 can you win a couple hundread dollars on a .40 bet like you can on Scary Rich and Scary Rich 2, J. Gourmet Slot, etc...?

And like I said the bonus's are great. Last night I got a $100.00 free chip at a Rival - Playthrough was 9900.00 which I made so I cashed out today $1,000.00 and received $50.00 in comp points which I know is rare to have comps accumulate on a free chip but this one did.

So yes now I have to wait a week which is along time but I know that's how long it takes so I will just deal with it.

So even though there are many changes that need to be made I will take Rival over the other 2 any day!

Yea Pixiew, I'm glad to hear you got your money too even though it took 2 weeks....good for you!!

And lkvikings, I know what you mean about the Microgaming and RTG's. I rarely cashout at either of them anymore. I have been playing the Microgaming since they first came out so many years ago and I used to cashout $2000 to $3000 but then the Progressives went away and now we are restricted to the same old games with no new ones in the US and I pour money into them and if I make a $300 cashout I feel great. However I just lost a $1000 to get the $300 and the RTG's are almost as bad. I won a Random Jackpot at iNetBet in January 2009 and have been trying to win another ever since then but I rarely cashout anything at any of them anymore. With the Rivals it's not that I can't win big there, because I still do once in a while but it's being afraid that the $1000 that I just withdrew....I will never get. They scared me when they started asking for documents again....a credit card that I used over a year ago for transactions I had made over a year ago and then every time I spoke with live chat I got another answer about the documents needed or when I would get my money. It really was strange that everytime I spoke to "Support" at Live Chat they would tell me that they couldn't see what was going on with my money......that it was accounting that handled that and also every time I would ask if they would check with accounting to see what was going on they would say accounting had already gone home for the day but that accounting would send me an email...never got ONE!!! I'm always wondering if their trying to pull a fast one and not going to give me the cashout at all. I think I'm getting to old for all this frustration!!!
