Problems receiving cash

I am having problems receiving money from RedFlush. It has always been a good casino and I have never had problems getting the money from them, but recently I withdrew money and I have been waiting for over 2 weeks and still have not received it. Is anyone from US having the same problem?

Judy they told me that they are having problems with bank processors in the US. Now they want me to send them a statement from my bank proving the money was not deposited in there. I would think they would know whether the money was put in the bank or not. It should not just disappear. I love playing there but if I win I would like to be able to collect.

That makes no sense hon. Where were they depositing to for you? QT? Did you have a bank wire, not sure still what the problem is. This casino is very safe to deposit and withdraw from Iamgambler. This sounds like some isolated incident with this persons withdrawal method. Please give me your ID there and we will try and check into this for you bestyet.

it was wire transfer to my bank and i have withdrawn from there before. always got the money within 3 days. this is the first time i have had a problem. like i said i like to play there so i dont want to make them mad at me, but i also like to be able to receive the money i win.

in the last week i have cashed out there 3 times with no problem, had it sent to quicktender, must be something more to this...maybe with the bank, they are so strict about the casinos now.

They do process withdrawals fast to QT....Never did a wire which I was planning on my next withdrawal if I ever get one again! So, that is why I am a bit concerned. One isolated incident could lead to another! It's always a bit scary when one doesn't get their withdrawal.......I certainly am not putting down RF as I play there all the time! So will be interesting to see how this ends!

People you will get your money and it is a true fact that processing is a mess at the moment but the money will get to you! Please refrain from speaking about this in the public forum and go to the private one to do this talk. Bank wires direct is a different situation then QT trust me. I have sent a mail to the contact. Also remember when doing bank wires there are usually several banks involved... there has to be a middle man bank to get the funds to your usa bank.

I am stressing that Red Returns is STABLE and is NOT in money trouble they are and will remain to be our top supporter here at Streak Gaming!!

Vixon, why would you stress over this at this point? banks in the u.s. are strict at this point, i'm sure things are going through the red tape, we just had a bank holiday, martin luther king, closed the banks for a day and put things a day behind, or maybe we should just worry and not play at all?

i love red flush as much as the rest of you i am just frustrated because i feel like i am getting the run around because i have been told several different reasons why i have not received the money and it has never been a problem at all before. they are always very quick to pay out. i wanted to private message vixen but i dont know how can someone help?

This sounds like the processors problem dear, not the casino. Also, vixen stated above she has sent off to them about this.
