Hi everybody! Merry Christmas! I finally got verified today! It took awhile as I had a problem uploading a document... anyway there's a button there for making a deposit, and it lists all the types they take. I don't see anywhere to use a credit card. But there is both MoneyGram and Western Union. When you click through on those though, it has the info for eur. but not usd... so till Monday when customer service is back we won't be able to ask.

lol well I got an answer but I'm not smart enough to understand it I THINK we can buy ecurrency at one of their exchange partners using MC, Western union, moneygram or paypal (don't get excited only paypal I saw had a minimum of 400 and took4 days to get credited. I THINK you thenm deposit the ecurrency at okpay.... I've written them again and asked them to walk me through what to do. I did get several links to look up info, don't know if its ok to post them here... they are info for their exchange partners and more.

let me know if its ok to post the response I got from them, maybe together we can figure this out.

Hi, I've been looking through your deposit methods and have a question about western union / moneygram. I'm in the US and need to deposit in USD. The only receivers address I found for using WU was in Euro's.... can I use western union to deposit to my wallet? and if so, do I use the send money option? and how do you know my wallet account number, I didn't see a place to put it on the form. I have asked for a clarification as I don't really understand how to deposit, even after reading the pages.... don't have the answer yet...;

I'm sorry but I'm completely lost on how to deposit to my okpay wallet. I'm trying to deposit into my wallet here so I can order my debit card. I can deposit using western union, Mastercard or Paypal.

Am I reading this correctly;
I need to purchase ecurrency with money from WU, MC or Paypal. I can then deposit the ecurrency with you to my wallet??

Sorry to be so stupid, but would you please be so kind as to walk me through what I need to do? thanks so much,

Looks like they have several exchangers but wonder why they said to use OK-Change when it shows British Virgin Islands and ER-MONEY shows United States.

When I click on ER-MONEY I get a drop down menu and paypal is on the first one where if says "from" and then you.. I guess can exchange money from paypal and send to OK-pay if you click on the second drop down where it says "to". Didn't try it though, but that is what it looks like to me here:

Oh okay I do see Paypal USD on OK-Change. This is confusing. I want to deposit somewhere but not sure how this works. So not going to try, just have to wait until someone tests the waters I guess, lol.
